Review: For a Christmas gift (2013). We like trips. So we went back to the Premier Inn on 12-17-13 to 12-18-13 we checked out. We've been here many times.

The outdoor spa was luke warm. A bathtub is hooter! Our toilet racked in room #137 every timesitting or getting off of it. It rocked like it was not secure from either the back wall or somewhere?

I phoned the manager; He only had excuses. The spa needed to be on. It was on, but luke warm. I told him to turn up the heat. On the toilet issue he excuse, it was the seat only. I said no it rocks like it's loose from the wall. No apologies only excuses.Desired Settlement: Fix the spa & leave it on 102 to 104 degrees. Fix the toilet in room 137. Perhaps give us another night free.

Review: We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on 8/2/13, we were there with my daughters soccer team. The team had several reservations at this hotel. We stayed in room 104 and the room was disguisting. The carpet was dirty and soiled with large dark black colored stains throughout the carpet. The room had a very musty smell. It was a non-smoking room, but there was tall metal ashtrays located outside each of the rooms doors all the way down the walkway, from room 101-110. Guests from other rooms were standing right outside our doorway, leaning over the railing and smoking their cigarretes with smoke entering into our non-smoking room from a large from window and under the gapping door sweep/threshold. We called the front office after check in, to request for another room, but they were sold out. Later that evening, I looked under my pillow to find several short black hairs on the sheet. I again called the front office to inform them and ask for another sheet and pillow cases and they only had pillow cases to give me and no clean sheets. They said it was probably the maids hair. When we woke up the next morning, there was a bed bug crawling on the my daughter's headboard and another one on my bed. My husband smashed the one on the bed and it was full off blood. I called the front office again to report our findings and spoke to Mauricio and he noted all of our complaints and said he would let the manager know as soon as he comes in and I requested for the manager to call me. I have been charged my night stay that I feel I should not have to pay. The manager has not contacted me. I did call again today only to speak to DJ who only took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me. Also, I was told by the other families who stayed there the next night that our room #104 was rented out the next night. I thought they needed to thoroughly clean and fumigate with pest spray before allowing another customer to stay there.Desired Settlement: I feel that this is a health code violation and they should have taken the right steps to address some of the issues that I had and most definitely reverse the charges for my 1 night stay. They are negligent in the care and cleanliness of their rooms and need to treat the facility for their spread of bed bugs. I would like a refund of my 1 night stay for $76.19 and an apology for my very unpleasant experience. I don't understand why the management there is avoiding to contact me regarding this
