Review: Because the Premier Inn are in some compliance with the city of phoenix PD under warrant issues my significant other was arrested for an what was suppose to be an in active warrant and because the hotel was in his name at the time they told me because "they dont know who Iam" even though I explained to the manager that he was not the only one with items in this hotel, and that all of my personal items are within this room as well such as my purse, wallet with all my personal information obtained within social,birth certiicate, debit card, etc. and I tried to explain to her before she called the police on me for trying to explain the situation that if anything all I wanted was my purse and I had my I.d. on me so she could of easilly checked to conirm but choose instead to treat me with extreme disrespect which is why now Iam choosing to contact Revdex.com because I think its ridiculous that if I have my I.d. to prove that the stuff in the purse is indeed my own why are they being so difficult.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to show them that although it was my boyfriend who's name is on the room, I can prove that the property that is being held is my own even if I cant get all my clothing and other items I at least should be able to get my purse with my wallet and personal information inside.

Review: Very unhealthy living conditions in the rooms. I will start will the beds. Both mattresses and box-springs were in very poor condition, and passed the date of being replaced. They both had numerous stain, holes and rips in the faberic. Some of the hole were very large in size. Both box-springs were missing the lining that is supposed to be on the bottom of them. One of them was held together with random pieces of plywood. Neither bed or box-spring had any type of protective covering on them. All of the sheets had hole, stains and rips in them as well. They also appeared to be very old and passed the time for replacement. Under the beds we had found old food rappers and containers from a fast food restaurant. The carpet was old and in very poor condition. In a couple of areas it appeared to have a fungus growing on it as well. The carpet was loose and had been pulled away from the tack strip along tthe walls. We found holes throughout and found bugs in the carpet. The biggest hole I had found went through the carpet, through the foundation and ceiling, going directly into the room beneath ours. The hole was no smaller than an inch wide. The entry door had a 3/4 inch gap under it alowing bugs to come in. The bathroom had holes in the walls, tiles falling off in the shower area. Mold on the walls around the toilet. The sink was leaking and the faucet had a build up of soap sm on and around it. When I quietly and professionally brought these issues to the manager, she immediatey started to walk away and very rudley told me that they inspect the rooms and it was not any of my business to be worried about the condition of any room. I took pictures of everything that have mentioned.Desired Settlement: I just want them to address these issues and to fix the problems to make it a clean and sanitary place for people and children to stay in.
