Review: Prior installing an updraft gas range hood on February 21, 2014, this company's installers, who failed to bring the appropriate equipment, requested to have a large bath towel to cover the gas range. We provided one of our bath towels as requested, and during the installation, the installers accidentally turned on the flames on one side, which damaged the bath towel. After communicating with one of the owners of the company, Ms. [redacted], regarding compensation for the damaged towel set, on April 10, 2014, she instructed me to purchase a new towel set and that she will reimburse me for the cost.

We purchased a towel set of equivalent quality, and even used discount coupons in order to reduce the cost to the company, and on April 20, 2014, I sent the receipt to Ms. [redacted] via e-mail, and she responded, "I will send you reimbursement tomorrow. Thank you!". Because the promised reimbursement failed to appear, I attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] several times, but received no response. On May 13, 2014, I even had an associate from Sears Customer Solutions (the item was purchased from Sears, but delivered and installed by Premier Installations and Home Delivery Service), call Ms. [redacted], and to whom she said that the check will go out to me "tomorrow", i.e., on May 14, 2014.

Since the check didn't arrive, I wrote a final request on May 21, 2014, giving Ms. [redacted] till May 31, 2014, to sent the promised reimbursement, and informed her that, unless I receive it, I intend to file a complaint with the after this date.

As of today, June 2, 2014, the promised reimbursement has not been received. So, this is the reason for filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: Ms. [redacted] must live up to her (written) commitment to reimburse us for the towel set we purchased to replace the set that her employees ruined. The check should include the following:

1. The cost of the replacement towel set = $85.53

2. All costs connected with this complaint that are incurred by us

Review: I had a refrigerator delivered from[redacted]. The installer, a third party, chosen by[redacted], PREMIER INSTALLATIONS did a faulty job, resulting in getting my own plumber. Premier agreed to reimburse me the $165.80 from my plumbing bill because I had already paid installation via[redacted]. The check they issued bounced. Resulting in a surcharge of $15 plus the $165.80 totaling $180.80 due me. I have been trying to contact them @ ###-###-#### daily. No one returns calls. When "[redacted]" does answer it's a series of lies as to the whereabouts of the check. I am speaking on behalf of my 90 year old mother who needs this money reimbursed.[redacted] does not accept any responsibility even though they assigned the installer, saying that since a check was issued by them, even a bad check, Premier now controls this. Please help.Desired Settlement: Refund of my plumbing bill.
