Review: Insurance agent applied our $100.00 payment as a commission when we first singed up. I didn't catch it until after I had already made 3 payments noticed my bill was not going down, My boyfriend went into the office after work to find out why. He talked to another insurance agent who informed him that the agent who signed him up no longer worked there and that he is not the first to complain the agent did this to others as well, apologized advising him to talk to manger that she will personally make sure he calls. A week went by no call we called on a Monday spoke with same agent who helped him said manager was out sick. Another week passed we called again agent said he was there but out. We decided to go up there in person when my boyfriend got off work. When we arrived he was not in office waited 35min when he shows up he tells us it's unfortunate it's in our policy that we signed advised him we have a receipt from him it says on the receipt $100.00 applied to Freddie edmon account, manager said it was printed out we said no a hand written one out of his receipt book you must have other copy, manger says no that's why he's fired we don't have receipt books it says on your policy where he applied it unfortunately.We cancelled that day and manager wouldn't give us a copy of paper we signed. Then we received a bill today from infinity inc saying we owe $35.00. $20 early cancellation $15.00 service fees when I explained why I cancelled they said it was a 3rd party and they couldn't do anything for me.Desired Settlement: Of my $100.00
