First of all I have never and will never disrespect a costumer. The husband called me that night late at about 9:30 pm already angry and at times raising his voice to me. All I ask of him was to let me speak because he wouldn't. I don't believe we ask the Nieghbor to dispose of any lava rock. We had through charge for extra to the contract in which she agree to pay. I have copies of the text where she agreed to pay the extras. I never charge her the extra because of the issues she kept creating so that she wouldn't have to pay. As a matter of fact after the last visit she even ask me if we would be interested in maintaining her yard I also have that on a text from her. As to the brick work it wasn't a bad job what happen was I made the mistake of leaving the irrigation system on right after we did the border and ruin the concrete in the border. I right away offered not just to fix it but completely buy all new brick when I could of easily clean the one I originally installed. What I really feel is that she knew that I am a kind giving person and she kept looking for other issues to get me to do them for free like I did four times. 1) added 2 tons of granite2) added a sprinkler head that ot originally worked fine. 3) repair a sprinkler head right by her driveway 4) treated granite area for weeds for a second time. All this after her and I walked everything turn on and off all sprinklers zones in the front and agreed all was working 100% with no leaks or issues at all what so ever. That's why she had agree to the extra charges. I ask that this matter be concluded with I will try to find the text that I have and my brother have and provide it. I also would go to the Facebook page and read her review she gave us after we were all done  Thank you so muchThank youAndre E P[redacted]

Good AfternoonThe original estimate on this project was giving by my brother. I have copied and pasted the quote here it is.1) Clean Up- Weed Control black tarp under pine tree on the west side2) Remove all lava rock from around the house 100%3) Granite - 3/4 Screen - Per plan and specs Madison gold...

under pine tree and where lava rock was.4) Irrigation - Per plan and specs 6 station hunter clock, repair - replace - cap off sprinklers as neededrepair any leaks and valves as needed.5) Remove 3 plants against the house (2 banana and one other.6) Remove and dispose of lantana and border under silky tree7) Sod aerate and reseed and fertilize sod That's the entire quote and contract we did the work under.After the we did everything in the contract we found out that my guys didn't put the mesh in about a 5x6 area so we went back and removed the granite and place the mesh and I bought an extra 2 tons of granite to fresh it up. After we did that she complain about the brick border I went and replace completely with new brick I didn't even use the ones we took out. Then she complain that some of the red lava rocks were showing in some areas, I went back with 2 more tons of granite and spread at no cost. After that there was a spray head in the grass area that was working properly while we were there in the beginning now was leaking, I went back and fixed it at no cost even though it wasn't part of the contract as it was working properly before. I then saw along with her that another head was no throwing water properly and offer to replace it at no cost. We replaced it then 3 days later I get another call that the valves were leaking and that they were upset and didn't want me back to fix or do anything else and was insulted by her husband. This was an irrigation system that hadn't been working for quite some time.This was the same lady that when we were done gave us a 3 paragraph review on face book saying how great and professional we were and what a beautiful job we had done.I don't know what else I could have done to satisfy this costumer.   Thank youAndre P[redacted]

We initially gave the good review on Facebook, until I went out and found that materials were missing, bricks were installed haphazardly and broke off within a week....happy to supply photos if necessary.  We should NOT have had to continuously monitor and complain about the lack of supplies and quality work.  We asked them to REMOVE lava rock.  it was placed at out next door neighbors house and when the wind blows or they blow their yard, it will end up back in our yard.  We should NOT have had any lava rock in the yard AT ALL!!!!  There was not a stipulation on the NUMBER of valves and sprinklers to be replaced.  It stated as needed.  When I would come home from work, they were gone, there were still problems, of course I had to call back.  This company is making us feel that it was our fault for the lack of materials...I'm glad I checked!!! As for the comment about my husband, my husband told him to STOP contacting me because I was getting very upset and my Blood Pressure was rising every single time I had to speak with them about their work.  My husband was protecting me.  I have voice mail copies from this person, where he was being less than professional, and I feel, abusive because he was dealing with a woman.  We should NOT have had to pay extra monies for the work provided per the contract.  Again, there was no stipulation on the NUMBER of items to be repaired/replaced.  I only paid it so the work could continue.  This person has told my husband that he would cut us a cashiers check for the overage and the 1 year warranty would be void.  We agreed to his settlement however there has been no settlement to date.
