I am rejecting this response because: This is very Ridiculous what Dr [redacted] is doing Arguing with a customer.He said two complimentary consultations but In reality he quoted me $dollars for Botox so he overcharges you in the product and making you think his consultations are complimentary but in reality he really charges you .When I normally don’t spend half of the $in other places but he is a very good salesman and was good at making me think I was going to look like a huge celebrity from Hollywood and that’s why I accepted the quote for $and he told me he used additional product after he did it which I honestly doubt he put additional product but there was no way to really see if he put the additional product because he told me after he was done putting the BotoxThat’s very shady business Why would he tell me after the fact when he was done ? Why didn’t he tell me it was going to cost me$more before and ask for permission ? But he says he does it to his customers and they never ask how much extra but no everyone is capable of paying what he wants that’s why I went to ask him for a quote before I said yes.He quoted me $and he needs to keep his word and I honestly thought it was a rip off but I agreed to the $but it upsets me that Dr [redacted] is trying to take advantage and now charges me even more which I think is very dishonest and I think it’s very unethical .I have never had a terrible experience in the past with a doctor but this is the first one .I need to know how we are going to solve this problem if not I will start calling the consumer protection services and will ask for help to fix this problem with this doctor .Please Sir Or Miss We really need to fix this problem or go to court to fix it .This is ridiculous that this doctor is doing this to a customer .I will no allowed any doctor to [redacted] me like I was ***ed .I don’t want to keep arguing anymore with this doctor if we can’t fix it lets go to court because I’m tired of this back and forth emails and this doctor is not fixing it We need a higher authority to fix it .How in the world does this doctor think he is right by charging a customer $without letting the customer know in advance that he is going to put additional product My feeling is that he told me after that because if he would have asked me he was going to do that I would have said no and because he really didn’t put any additional product .Let’s solve this problem please Sir or Miss I can’t keep arguing with this doctor is so unprofessional from his part

On 8/23/Mr*** had a second, complementary minute consultationI recommended additional Dysport than originally quoted for optimal resultsHe agreed to have the treatment without asking the costWe administered units of Dysport at a discounted price of $1,000. At his recheck, his results looked perfectThere were no complaints or concernsNo need for touch-ups or enhancementsOther treatments were discussed at lengthI answered all of Mr***- s questions to his satisfaction. On 9/26/a satisfied customer, Mr*** called inquiring the cost of other treatments. On 9/29/Mr*** requested a $refundI addressed his concerns with him on the phone for minutesHe stated he was making $per hour and could not afford his rent and groceriesHe stated his account had no money left in itI reminded Mr*** that he agreed to have additional Dysport than what was originally quoted to him without inquiring as to the additional cost. In summary, Mr*** received two complementary consultations, an excellent treatment that exceeded his expectations and delivered perfect results, and a discounted price on the treatmentNo refund is due to cover his rent or groceries.
