On November I purchased a house in Manitowoc I live in San Diego So, I need someone to do snow removal and lawn care On November 2016, I paid Premier Lawn Care $(by check) for snow removal and yearly lawn service On December 19, the only snow removed was from the sidewalk The driveway had not been touched I later found out that a neighbor had removed the snow from the sidewalk On the morning of December 19, I called Premier Lawn Care Dean [redacted] answered, but acted like there was phone problems, saying hello hello, then hanging up I called again and got voice mail I left a message, but he didn't return my call The evening of December 19, I called again This time I got a chance to talk to Dean He stated that he would get a crew to the house the next morning (December 20) On December 23, the house was checked and nothing had been done to the snow removal I tried calling Premier Lawn Care Dean answered and again acted like there was phone p

They did not finish the project that they started which was trimming my cedar hedges which surround the yard Paid him the whole amount in AugustStarted last October and came every so often and finally finished one side of my yard Called him several times to see when he was going to come and finish but always had an excuse and said that they would finish soon At this point I am trying to get half my money back and hire someone else to do the job

We had the guy from the business give us an estimate for saving our tree He confirmed that it had ash bore disease & that he could give the tree injections as well as put a treatment around it on the ground He told us the price saying if we paid cash he would knock some of the price off This is the option we took (cash) & when I asked for a receipt, he said he had forgotten to bring the book along I asked him to send me something via my email address which he agreed to do I have called him at least times & each time he had an excuse why he hadn't done it yet Once, he was out of town for awhile, then sent it (didn't I receive it?), he would do it right then & there, etc

Thanks Premier Lawn Care for your great services! Will definitely hire you againTwo thumbs up for you guys!

I hired *** *** with Premier in early to originally "inject" my ash trees He informed me that he could also plant grass seed throughout our yard He insisted I paid up front, even after I expressed my concern about doing so He informed me that he would have to charge me more if I did it this way Reluctantly I agreed In my contract it stated that he would have lawn planted weeks after my concrete driveway was done, he would trim dead branches from my trees, rip stumps from the ground of trees I had cut down and install some brick around my basement window I had multiple questions for him as this process is very new to me and stated at one point "You are driving me F*g nuts with all these questions." He continued to yell at me on the phone Long story short, he trimmed about 5% of my dead branches, did not pull stumps, the brick he installed wasn't glued down properly and came loose weeks after installation and the grass seed planting was of extremely poor

I rarely write a review because I believe that it is just a waste of timeBut when Premier Lawn Care did our landscape, I was so impressed by their workEspecially when I met the owner, Brandon, a very nice guy who even got out there and worked with his menA rating of 100% satisfaction for Premier Lawn CareTill next time - see you when we have another project to get done!!

I've been trying different property maintenance companies and getting the same services with lack satisfaction and perfectionA friend recommends Brandon, the owner of Premier Lawn Care, to maintain our lawnThis company has never failed me or my expectations, and they are very professionalThank you for outstanding service each and every time!!

We hired Premier to grade an area of lawn for better drainage and then put sod inInitially the excuse about a computer being down and not being able to to provide a typical proposal, followed by a suggestion to pay up front to save money should have been red flagsThe initial work done appeared to be satisfactory, but repeated delays and lack of communication put us at the end of the season which was 'too late' to put in sodThey seeded and offered to re-seed in the springSpring came and it was apparent that there were low spots in the yard, the fill was quite full of stones, and after repeated requests to resolve this absolutely nothing was done

I would highly recommend Premier Lawn Care! My friend referred them to me to install an outdoor kitchen. Their work was beyond my expectations and the workers are very considerate because I didn't have much of an idea on this. They helped me decide with the design as well and I am very happy with the outcome. More power guys!

Just wanted to say - job well done on keeping our parking lot clean!! We will be opening another store soon for you to take care. Thanks for the great work!!

Review: Ritchie A[redacted] was hired to do a job at our campsite. we discussed 1k in price. he handed us a bill for 1745.00. he did not finish the job. he was to level a deck with 4 x 4. did not do. final bill said 5 loads of shale 125. each turned out it wasn't a triaxle load but dump trailer. overpriced.and only 4 loads. he rented a bobcat to do the job said he was on 10 hours. I contacted rental place only used 3.7 hours. hasn't paid them as of today for rental. we told him since his machine was broke down we could wait for him to get his machine up and running. so him renting machine was his expense not mine he cut trees down that we specifically told him not to. he used our firepit to burn other peoples garbage(carpet remnants ....) the sides r now busted out. got to hot. we gave him 200. cash to start. check for 500. the next weekend and in the middle of the week he called wanted us to western union 500. more. we did use paypal and sent 500. overpriced and overpayed. I would like some of my money back. he should not be working for the public. he is ripping them off.Desired Settlement: we overpayed by 425. I want refunded. job incomplete. he has contacted state police saying theft. we want him to confess to lying. I want his name out there as bad reputation. he is not honest.

Review: PREMIER LAWNCARE did my snow removal in the winter (2013-2014) and had damaged my landscaping brick work in several places-they had negligently used a plow in my driveway. They had also driven over and cut a power cord connecting my Christmas lights-this could have resulted in a fire or worse. When asked about repairing the damage [redacted] assured me that it would all be repaired (March 2014). He assured me that the brickwork would be done and I felt confident in hiring him for the summer work as well as for the next winter. I paid him $1400 on April 2nd and as of the 9th of June-the brickwork was still not repaired. When I paid him, he told me a detailed invoice would be sent to me to show all of the work he had agreed to verbally. I called [redacted] nearly every other day throughout April, May and June to get this detailed statement only to be lied to each time. Though the weather was rainy, there were ample periods of time in which he could have repaired the walls. The mowing, which was to be done as well had only been done twice as of June 9th. My lawn was approximately 9-10" tall and a disgrace. I politely told [redacted] on June 11th that I was unhappy with the services to which he agree to refund the money via credit card. I have had continuous conversations via email and by phone with him to which he has always agreed to refund my money. As of July 5th, 2014 my credit card has not been refunded.

I have now asked a lawyer to get involved-I would rather pay a lawyer than let [redacted] and PREMIER LAWNCARE get away with this dishonest practice.Desired Settlement: To refund the $1400 to my credit card.

customer signed a yearly maintenance contract and after spring work was done informed us that she was canceling service . the pre pay contract allowed discounts and monthly billing savings that she is not entiteled to without the contract. we must know asswertain total manpower and equipment expense for the work that was done bvefore an adjusted refund can be given. 32 years business not one client has ever backed out of a contract. The contract also calls for a thirty day notice of cancelation. the client is responsible for that 30 days. this was instituted to allow customers selling a home.

Review: On 9/11/2013, I paid Dean Schultz 1,050.00 to repair my driveway and to find a root by my garage and to fix my slab by garage...It has now been over 2yrs and Mr.Schultz has not finished the job and did a very poor job on what he did do... He cut my slab and left it and it is up about an inch higher than my driveway, he said he would rubber coat it but never came...I have a granddaughter who has a rod in her back and for her to get into my house with her wheelchair she needs to hit that slab which jolts her back.... He also took my board from my outside door and never replaced it, which has cause water damage to my wood.... I believe Mr. Schultz needs to refund me at least 750.00 of my money since he didn't finish the job and didn't do 1,050.00 of work... I do not want him on my property anymore, cause he is a con...Desired Settlement: I would like half of a refund...

Review: He was hired to perform landscaping in October 2013 and dug up the yard and in the process damaged my new fence and tore off a neighbor's tree. In addition, his work was substandard as the sod he laid was yellow/orange, DEAD! Our contract said I owe $1200 and I paid half with $600 remaining which I am happy to pay when the work is complete and MY FENCE IS FIXED. The estimate to fix the fence is $400 and he insists I pay for it! Because I owe him $ he says I should apply it towards the balance. However, HE broke the fence in October, I am still waiting for repair PLUS his contracted work is not finished and I will pay upon completion. I am certain that if I pay for the fence HE broke, I will never see my project completed from him.

Not to mention his rude interaction with me and his constant lies and deception for the last 10 months. I have been under extreme stress and have been physically ill dealing with him and his unethical practices.Desired Settlement: To finish the job which I signed for in the contract and to repair all the property damage he inflicted upon my fence and tree. THEN, I will pay him in full when the job is complete.

The complaintent's property had a drainage issue. Work was started and the ground froze early. Spring of 1014 was the 5th highest rainfall in the last 50 years . When property finally was workable we graded and seeded. We seeded the property 4 times. 1x because of washout ( we then installed netting to control washout which was not in the quote.) and three other times at owners " REQUEST". We had another job that was sodded and had additional sod left over. We put this product down at her house at no charge, it also showed signs of dye off. The problem is that the same seed and sod were installed at several other locations exactly the same way and they look awesome.... I discussed this with her and told her that she needed to be watering more. In regards to the fence, the contractor who built the poly fence gave me a price to repair it. I do not believe that it is possible to do enough work for this woman to please her. I told her to hire the original contractor to fix the fence and use the money still owed us to pay the bill. She would have more than enough money with the $600.00 to cover the bill and have money left over to buy a bag of seed and a sprinkler.
