Premier Leasing

These company promised me to assist me with finding a place to rent Spoke with *** and ***, However I had days to cancel and get a full refund
I called on the 2nd day to cancel for my full refund, was getting the round around on the phone so decided to go personally within the days and signed a paper and recorded the conversation with *** were my refund should arrive within to days however nothing arrivedCalled and no answers at all

These people are rude and the service I payed for was not provided
When my husband and I went in to talk to this company everything was fineAfter they got our money everything whent downhill we would call and call and get no whereWe gave them a price range we wanted to stay within and that was not honoredWhen I spoke to *** the office manager she told me very clearly that if we liked an apartnent all we had to xo was call them and let them know and they put it on hold so no one can see itWe called and gave them apartments we wanted to seeThey only made us an apointment for one and when we went the manager was showing it to two other familiesI called the manager of the apartment and I told her she wasnt soppose to show the partment because premier leasing put it on hold for us and she stated she does not work with them she never has and she doesnt put apartments on hold after that I was calling the leasing company and no one could explin to me what was happeningI

I paid a fee to locate me a rental apartmentI was sent to residence in which the landlord never showedI found my own place & was not reimbursed
I contacted the leasing company 12/02/to assist me in locating an apartmentI paid $with a money order and completely the contract the next dayI only received one suggestion and when I arrived to meet the landlord they were a no showIn January I located my own apartment without their assistance & contacted Premier Leasing to cancel my contract and request a refundI also completed a release form to receive my refund of $& still never received itI have contacted the company multiple times since January to discuss them not returning my refund only to get no where with my requestThey have given me names when I ask who am I speaking with so I may document whom I spoke with only to call back another time & request to speak to the same person & they tell me no one by that name works theirI have also spoke w

Agent *** promised to help us look for a House for my self, wife and kidsBut all she did was just take our money
On November 15th, Agent *** said she would help us look for a home for us and all she did was just take our moneyAnd gave us a list of houses that were already rented out a week before andEverytime we called her she wouldn't answer her phone or the manager *** would tell me that she wasn't there, talking to a client,or she had stepped outAnd *** the manager was no help either we filled out the Refund paper she wrote down 3-business days and so far we haven't received anything and it's been a monthAnd they want to charge $for paper work which they didnt do anything for us at all so I think they don't deserve any of my moneyAnd I tried getting their license number and they got very angry and I demanded they have gave it to me or I was gonna call the police and they quickly gave me the number and let me take a picture of it
