Received a pink notice that I have surplus funds on hold...except when I contacted them that they were giving my personal info to the person who purchased the property at foreclosure...they were rude and hung up in my face.

I tried calling back and they blocked my number and will not answer.

I have their address (107237 Laurel St #200 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730) ...I will show up in Rancho Cucamonga to speak directly with a manager...I'm on my way!

Review: We were contacted by Premier Legal Services stating they would file for a mortgage reduction with our current mortgage lender, [redacted]. Premier said two (2) months mortgage payments would be required, one payment a Cashiers Check and the other a postdated check, $1345 each totally $2690. We also had to submit documents to start the process. This seemed legitimate because these were the same documents we submitted to [redacted] once before to have our payments reduced. We complied with all the requests and gave a detailed phone interview with the representative. We were contacted by the Loan Coordinator who said his in depth investigation was complete and that we did qualify under a new government program and the underwriter will contact us. We would not hear from any of the contacts from Premier unless we constantly called, emailed and faxed them. [redacted] told us no one but them can reduce our rates. Premier supposedly did an investigation and should have known this. We complied with all that was requested. Premier had our documents, took our money , DID AN INVESTIGATION AND TOLD US WE QUALIFIED. and now will not answer our constant calls, faxes and emails. I believe this is a scam. PREMIER CONTACTS: [redacted]-initial contact, phone interviewer / [redacted]-Loan Coordinator, did the in depth investigation and told us we qualified / [redacted]-Underwriter, we have never been contacted by her / [redacted]-Asst. Underwriter, who would contact us after our numerous attempts for some answers. stedDesired Settlement: Premier is gong to say they did their job and used the money that was paid to them, but they supposedly did an investigation and told us we were qualified, took our documents and money then told us we did not qualify.
