Required multiple amounts of money after excepting pet for shipment.
After excepting pet for shipment advised $1490 worth of insurance (refundable upon delivery) required to ship pet. Reluctantly agreeing after pet arrived in Kansas City advises me I needed to "rent" ($1545 98% refundable) a different crate to continue trip for final destination.
They are keeping 2% of the rental fee. I believe any changes from the original shipping agreement are responsibly of the shipper providing the services.
I have dealt with this company for 3 days gave me fake shipping info. Then asked for 300$ insurance fee with a 75$ setup fee then wanted 500$ for a "customs label" he stated I would be refunded all money totalling 850$ then today I did not get my package and they want another 250$ to get the refund paperwork and just keep saying they sent the package.

Refund I would like my refunds retuned that I was promised via text messages over and over I have multiple zelle accounts info they have and western union Info I have all the screenshots and proof of the fraud I want my money back and they can keep that package.
