My husband has had 3 surgery's on his back since November and is still in pain. Another MRI was ordered by Dr, Shah marked urgent, and 11 days later is sitting in premier medical office with nothing done with it. We are retired and have lost almost a year of our active lifestyle because of this facility. His back pain started in June 2019. I agree, the business is incompetent.

Shelby who is the manager at one location as well as Ben who is the manager at the Santa Barbara location are absolutely incompetent. They have lost my grandmothers paperwork not once, but twice in regards to two separate matters. My grandmother has a trach and feeding tube, and cannot breathe let alone walk well. My grandparents HANDED the paperwork to the front staff and was told it would be taken care of. Turns out they just threw it out and made her miss out on getting the scooter that she DESPERATELY needs.

Now move on to today, she was told by Dr. M that she would just need to fax her surgery paperwork to the office (she is having surgery in Philadelphia, and the office is located in FL) and he would gladly take care of it. The papers were faxed 2 weeks ago, and no one has answered our calls until today. We had been left on hold for OVER AN HOUR, and no one could tell us what was going on and why this paperwork was not completed yet. These surgeries are crucial for her health as she CANNOT BREATHE! After speaking with Shelby, she said that my grandmom would need to come in and be seen. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN SHE IS IN PHILADELPHIA AND HER DOCTOR KNEW THIS AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF!? Shelby would not connect me with Dr. M nor would she even answer any questions as to why this is the second time her staff has done this. Ben finally called us back to only say "the doctor is busy no promises he will call you back" I'm sorry, but when it comes to patient care A DOCTOR SHOULD GET ON THE PHONE. I understand that not every situation warrants a phone call, but these surgeries are life and death for her and its being taken as a joke.

Absolutely INCOMPETENT front staff and should be REVIEWED IMMEDIATELY.

It has been over 2 weeks and my husband is still waiting for a simple referral to see a surgeon. He is need of surgery asap and the office has given us the runaround everyday for 2 weeks. Our surgeons office also has tried to deal with them with the same results. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They are putting my husbands health at risk. They should close their doors.

My husband was not seen in their office, but was charged for the visit. They have been telling us they are processing the refund since March.
My husband needed to see a Nephrologist. When we looked at participating physicians on our insurance plan they were listed, but they are not specialists. They are primary care. By the time that was realized, they had already processed our card for the copay. He was never seen, and the Doctor was present to tell the desk so. I don't know why they did not just refund it, but they said it would be done the next day. So I assumed that she had already closed out the day since it was late afternoon. This is where it starts getting hinky. Try to call the next day, they are not there. Go to the office and its another practice. So, I assume they are sharing the space. Now I'm starting to put all this together retrospectively too instead of just giving the shadow of doubt... Incorrect listing, office looks like they either just moved in or were just leaving. No air conditioning...now its not even them!
I have gotten nothing but the run around for months. I have called many many many times. Every number I call it gets redirected -then disconnected. Ive had receptionists literally say they're transferring me and deliberately disconnect. I know this because when I call that same number back within seconds it just rings. The main number shoots you to a phone mail that is always full. Lots of full voice mail numbers. On and on with that nonsense. Every person I speak to that promises me they will resolve it and call me back disappears. One individual was very understanding because in so many words said she's not surprised by waht i'm saying because they are just shady. The only thing I'm told is they are waiting for the owner to sign the refund check...for nearly 3 1/2 months. I'm over it.
I cannot emphasize the level of unprofessionality of this business and am glad I am not a patient!
In any event I just want my money back. We were never seen and I honestly cant afford to chalk it up, nor will I out of principle.

I had to find the patient by his zip code, and his name is Scott, the patient pd 50 copay and was refunded on 5/16/2018. The wife requested that this be mailed to the address that we have on file of ***. We called the phone number that we have on file of (352)250-8678, and talked to the patient and made sure before we sent the refund that this was to the correct address. And the patients wife was told that it was being sent out on 6/11/2018. Attached if the check that was sent to the patient

Most unprofessional place . I had doctor read records I brought in from another doctor two times. Never read the ones she ordered. Took me a week to finally get my records after I threatened them with HIPPA violations. Made me stand at the window for an hour waiting for records one page at a time. All on video.
