We reached out to this member directly and were unable to reach him by phone.  We mailed a letter answering the member’s concerns and encouraged him to contact us with any questions. We believe this issue is now closed and that we fulfilled this member’s desired resolution.

Premier Members Credit Union. Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and provide details around your experience. Our mission is simple, build relationships and add value every day. In situations where we have not met expectations, we make attempts to review the experience(s), identify missed opportunities and use feedback like yours to adjust our processes if necessary. As a result of our recent conversation, we understand some of the frustrations encountered when dealing with our third-party collateral protection representative. As discussed, we have waived the remaining net premium. We appreciate the fact that we were able to reach a mutually agreeable solution and now consider this matter resolved. Thank you again for your letter, patience and the opportunity to work through this issue. If you have further questions regarding this matter, please let us know.”

We left messages for this member on  April 17th, 21st and 27th and provided contact information for our Chief Lending Officer.  We could not find any sort of loan for this member  with a date on or around 10/4/2014.  Based on this information and the fact that we have been unable...
