Tell us why here...We deeply apologize for our apparently missed communication from Mr***. I am not sure why we do not show multiple calls from Mr***, but I have no reason to believe Mr*** is not being accurate We did have staff out on vacation, but calls should have
been forwarded *** *** did respond to Mr*** on Thursday, 10/according to his notes, and wrote up a service request to be submitted to the manufacturer for processing. However, we were not aware of the complaint until today (10/16/17).We sincerely feel badly that Mr*** felt he was not being served to our expected level of service and that it caused him to feel anxious about his decision to use R.O.IHome Improvements. This is not at all typical for us, and we will work harder to make sure that we thoroughly and regularly check all forms of communication to make sure we are responsive. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is currently unfinished. At this time, warranty work has not been completed. Upon completion of the warranty work, this complaint will be fully resolved. It has appeared that ROI Windows was low staffed and proper planning was not well made with regards to phone messages being checked on daily, etc. Mr*** has been courteous and responsive since I opened this complaint. I am hopeful for a successful repair as supplies become ready. Mr*** has promised to complete this window repair / warranty work free of charge per window warranty and order a screen for the same window, which I have agreed to purchase from him when replacement window is installed. Currently waiting on ROI to complete repair.
