This in response to Mr. [redacted] complaint to the Revdex.com. First and foremost, I believe the complaint came from the daughter, and not Mr. [redacted]. SUV was towed to our shop on 5/12/15, and prior to having towed in , we told customer we could not start on it til at least the 6/1/15, and they agreed to...

have it towed to our shop with those stipulations. The first estimate was written on 5/29/15 at that time all parts needed were ordered. Some parts started to trickle in within 3 days and some as long as 12 days. This was 68.3 hr. job, working 4 hours each work day on the SUV, that would give us a completion date of 6/24/15, if we had no set backs. My notes indicate we had a clock spring come in wrong , also a aftermarket bumper that didn't fit. The SUV went to our paint dept. on 6/16/15. There was a field supplement made on 6/17/15 for additional parts. 6/18/15 SUV was in reassemble, with a finish date of 6/23/15. We received our last parts on 6/23/15. While installing the replacement airbag module, we had all side airbags deploy, which blew through the headliner, trim panels, etc. I called customer to let them know what had happened. We filed with insurance company and ordered all replacement parts. However we had to wait for insurance company to come out and look at vehicle. They came out on 6/29/15. We were now waiting on parts again, informed customer, we completed all repairs on 7/25/15. I did a quality control check on vehicle, and found that the steering was not correct , so I sent to our Alignment shop to correct, it was returned to me on 7/27/15, customer were called to pick up on 7-29-15. I feel bad that Mr. [redacted] was without his vehicle for an extended amount of time, however due to the severity of the accident it was justifiable in our field. At the end of the day, I hope we did a good job for them, we stand behind our work 100%, that is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our body repair.
