course ofthe summer. The last time she complained of an oil leak I ordered the part and she never cameback. Again, the original oil leak was fixed in February 2015.With regard to the air conditioning, on May 20' 2015 I received a text from the customer that itwas not working. At the end of June I sent the speedometer out tobe repaired so that the pixels would be readable at no charge to the customer. Everything on thedash was working fine. On September 1, 2015 the customer complained that the speedometerwas not working. On July 27. 2015 the customer complained that something was killing her battery - this was 5months after purchasing the vehicle. This is in response to the complaint that was filed by [redacted] did drop of this vehicle on 12/01/14 for us to diagnose an issue he was having with the vehicle. On the morning of 12/3/14 our property was burglarized and damage was done to a few vehicles. During that morning we...

were attempting to assess the damages and contact those customers affected. Our secretary whose name is [redacted] and [redacted] knows personally did reach out to [redacted] and let him know what happened. That being said he was notified hours not days after the incident happened. When [redacted] arrived we were still in the process of sorting all the events out and he did not speak to the owner or the manager on that day. He did speak to [redacted] and was notified we would not be responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. At that point he did let [redacted] know he felt the car was damaged during the process to which [redacted] was instructed to let him know we would get back with him regarding those damages. Over the course of the next week we began gathering video footage from security cameras from our neighbors to submit to the police department. It was then that we noticed on film the suspect entered our property and immediately went to [redacted]'s car. As soon as he reached his vehicle he opened the trunk with a remote or key that was in his pocket. Keep in mind [redacted]'s keys were locked INSIDE the shop and were not in the vehicle like he states. Now if the customers keys were locked in the shop and [redacted] retrieved those keys on the day he picked up his vehicle how could the suspect have opened the car in such a manner? [redacted] was then notified to come to the shop because we wanted to let him know we would not be covering any damages to the vehicle and we were submitting the evidence we had to the police department for further investigation. [redacted] was shown the video and when it was pointed out that the vehicle was opened with a remote or key [redacted] and his girlfriend shows us that was impossible because the remote they had in their position didn't have a battery in it. They requested to see other videos that showed the suspect a little more clearly to which we declined and asked them to leave the property and do not return. This matter is currently under investigation by the San Antonio Police Department (case # [redacted]). No details of the investigation regarding keys in vehicles or anything of the sort were ever released to [redacted]. It is under these circumstances we do not feel comfortable allowing [redacted] back onto our property. Thank you for your time in this matter.
Regards,
[redacted] Schmidt
