Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never asked for [redacted] Consumer Affairs to purchase the vehicle back because of the transmission failureI filed the complaint long before there was any maintenance issuesThis initially had absolutely nothing to do with the maintenance of the vehicleI've been asking for awhile now if [redacted] can purchase the vehicle back because one of their dealers (Premiere [redacted] of [redacted] ) sold me a vehicle that's not affordable based on my annual incomeI approached them personally and they haven't helped meThey have been of no assistance, hence why I've contacted Consumer Affairs then Revdex.comThe main issue is with Premiere [redacted] of [redacted] and their lack of customer service Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dealer has sent formal apology regarding the incident and offered for the customer to come back in work with a different manager to purchase the car, the customer... declined.

While we sympathize with [redacted] predicament and financial struggles, they are not reasons to ask us to purchase the vehicle back from himIf [redacted] consumer affairs deems that the vehicle should be repaired under warranty or good-willed because it is out of warranty, it will largely depend on whether [redacted] has done all of his scheduled maintenance on the vehicleIf it is out of warranty, then he has more than [redacted] miles on the vehicleIt makes no sense to ask us as the selling dealer to purchase his vehicle simply because he's driven it for more than [redacted] miles and feels he cannot afford itWhy not ask the Revdex.com to purchase the car back for him? Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for himHopefully, he has had the vehicle maintenance done according to the recommended schedule, and [redacted] Consumer Affairs can help him with the repairs on good will, but that process does not involve us

This customer pruchased a previously owned vehicle from dealerhsip in early late Marchthe carfax report provided to the customer is the same report the we have at the dealership, and it does not indicate that there was any collision with this
vehicleIf the previous owner was in an accident and did not report it the dealership would not have any knowledge of that eitherWe have already extended an offer to this customer to fix the scracthes on the vehicle, and the customer declinedUnfortunately this customer cannot return the vehicle, but if they would like to come to the dealership and trade the vehicle in for another they mayDealership will not be providing any further assistance other than what has already been offered (touch up scratches or provide assistance in trading vehicle in) customer will need to contact dealership directly to have either of these done

This initially had absolutely nothing to do with the maintenance of the vehicle. I've been asking for awhile now if [redacted] can purchase the vehicle back because one of their dealers (Premiere [redacted] of [redacted]) sold me a vehicle that's not affordable based on my annual income. I approached them personally and they haven't helped me. They have been of no assistance, hence why I've contacted Consumer Affairs then Revdex.com. The main issue is with Premiere [redacted] of [redacted] and their lack of customer service.
