They called me to make an appointment for service, and I set up a day & timeI arrived minutes early to my appointment, and there was one car ahead of me being helpedI got out and stood next to my carminutes later, the guy at the service desk calls over to me and says someone will be "right with me"Twenty minutes later, I got back into my car and leftThere were other cars behind me at that point, and no one was helping anyone
This dealership offers a minute oil change guarantee, or the next one's freeI guess since I spent that minutes waiting to be checked in, they decided they didn't want my businessI'm just guessing thoughSince they never checked me in, they didn't actually know what I was there for!!!
I called the manager, Timson, a few days later, and he didn't seem too surprised by my commentsHe said he'd pass the info along, but that was about itNo apology, nor effort to make things rightNothing
