In response to this customer's complaint, she basically recalled every instance of the matterI can only add that her dissatisfaction is the first time anyone has complained about the particular bagsThey did not appear to be mishandled in the pictures she sent I am enclosing a copy of both the printed bag and a plain bag which is the same except the printingThe images are not indifferent form each other in my opinion A paper bag made from paper which has been then dyed to the specific color will have the appearance as shown in the picture The customer was given a refund for the order as her satisfaction is important to usWe wish there was a better way to accommodate her but other than a different bag, we are unable to Sincerely, Sally [redacted] Marketing Manager/Customer Service Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have read the response from the business and as of today June 12, 2017 8am,  I have not received a full refund.  Once again the business is misleading and providing false information. Regards, [redacted]
