Premier Painting and Carpentry

Review: Premier was hired 3/18/2010 to power wash to kill mold and oxidation,scrape and sand, full coat of "oil primer" (to lock out all future weathering problems)caulk all windows where needed and put on finish coat of White satin house paint on whole house and garage, power wash and seal back deck and replace three main support post on front porch.The summer of 2013 the house and garage began to peel. The wood on the back deck was starting to splinter and show splitting also the support posts are split.Owner (Michael Levette) was contacted in the beginning of 2014 to discuss rectifying the problems. Immediately he assured us all work was warranted and would be corrected. Numerous conversations occurred where he continued to reassure us he would come to do necessary repairs. To no avail it now has been 7 months and he is now claiming no responsibility and will not honor his word or work.Desired Settlement: We are expecting Premier Painting to stand by their work and their guarantee to do the repairs as agreed upon.
