On 03-06-2019 we hired Premier painting and coating to paint the exterior of our house. 3 months ago I started noticing paint bubbles in the garage door an indicative that the paint did not adhered properly to the surface due to poor preparation of the metal garage door. I contacted Premier Painting and 2 weeks after reporting the situation they send someone. after a visual inspection I told the man that the paint is actually peeling off from the bubble. Just right in from of him I burst one of the bubble then I pealed the paint of the surface like peeling off boil tomato skin. I asked the man that they should removed the paint and properly prep the surface and then repaint the door. A month after that I called back because I never heard back from them. I spoke with a lady explained the situation again and she recalled speaking with her before. I guy named Travis called last week claiming they will not repaint the entire garage door but just touch up the 70 plus bubbles. I'm getting involve Sherwin-William in the process because they used a paint called "Resilience" supposedly a top notch paint. I got images available for review.
This review is totally inaccurate. I explained that even though we don't warranty doors we would be glad to come out even though it was a year and a half after the job was completed and scrape down all areas that were bubbled/peeling and repaint the ENTIRE door. What he is not saying here is that he demanded that the door stripped down completely first. We're simply not going to do that especially with the way this customer thinks it's ok to scream profanities and belittle our staff.

In written or verbal contract with Amanda she never specified that there was no warranty on doors (I never heard such thing in my life), otherwise I would find another painting company to do a warranty job. A representative of Sherwin-Williams came today to inspect the paint job and he evaluated that the garage door was not prepared properly and was painted under high sunlight heat a common mistake painters make when they are in a hurry to finished the job. About profanities you claimed I said, is that the way you gonna to lie in order to walk away from this minor problem I wonder how you deal when big problems arise. Sorry you are not going to walk away from this. Behave accordingly and accept responsibilities.
Again. Regardless of warranty or not I was more than happy to come scrape and paint the ENTIRE door. You demanded it be stripped and as far as my Character our record speaks for itself. Good luck to you sir.
Premier Painting & Coating recently painted the exterior of a building for me, and I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work they did.
The painting crew was very polite and good to work with, always willing to answer questions and explain what they were doing. They were thorough in their work, and the finished paint job looks great. To their credit, they had to do much more scraping and patching than usual because the building surface was in such poor condition.
The office personnel were equally good to work with, providing me with a very complete Proposal/Contract and helping me with color selection. In particular, they worked with me on the Contract so that it included key work activities and warranty information in writing.
In summary, Premier Painting & Coating did everything they promised, was a pleasure to work with, and delivered an excellent finished product.

We hired Premier Painting and Coating to paint our kitchen cabinets. Firstly, they actually had a knowledgeable person answering the phone all the time so if you had a question or needed guidance - they were able to respond. Secondly, they performed the work on schedule as promised. Employees were polite, were meticulous about the quality of their work, and cleaned the area perfectly. We would absolutely hire PREMIER again.
