I certainly understand the frustrationAfter looking at the decks with the representative of [redacted] , it was determined that the peeling paint was caused by something on the substrate (or surface).There were areas where the peeling did not occur, as wellThe product we used from [redacted] [redacted] is the best product they make for this particular surfaceWhat you can't see or know about is sometimesa problemIn reviewing this with the [redacted] sales rep, he wasn't quite sure what to do eitherCertainly we could try different products, but there is something on those particular areas which is preventing the product from adheringMy frustration is I am at a loss as to what I would recommend that I know would work, and I have years experienceThe areas where the problems are at are high trafficareas not only by the dogs but by people as well

I would consider a refund of the deck painting as I feel there isn't anything I can do at this point o to satisfy this complaint.I will notify my sales rep from [redacted] and review this situation and be back in touch with a resolution

In response to *** *** claim, I state the following: I did meet with *** *** to look at the area in the back of the house that had fadedI also agreed to paint those faded areas with new paint.I requested from *** *** a picture or text from the can of paint I left from when we had
painted the houseI requested this information to make sure and confirm that I had the right informationI did not and have not received that informationThe garage door did have some minor chippingand I agreed to fix those areasIn the interim, from when we painted the house in July till present, the subdivision *** *** lives in had experiencedseveral hail stormsMost of the concerns on the garage door were caused by the hail storm, as the garage door is on the west side of the house.*** *** had several siding boards replaced and trim boards replaced as a result of the hail stormsMy resolution to this matter would be to pay for the painting of the faded areas in the back of the house, as well as the few concerns on the garage doorSomeone would need to paint those unpaintedsiding and trim boards and would have the ladders set up and paint to do soIn the years I have been in business, I have not had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com, and look forward to a quick resolution

I am rejecting this response because: We have a year warranty from Premier Painting for any chipping, peeling or fading of the paintAs part of my original complaint, in addition to all decks, we also have peeling, chipping and fading on both garage doors as well as another area on the main housePremier has perfected the art of ignoring, delaying and not responding to my calls for help and honoring of their warrantyWhat good is a year warranty if the provider will not honor it or doesn't return calls or emails? Unfortunately Only a full refund will remedy the situation as I will have to hire a different company to resolve these issues

[redacted] and I have an agreement to paint those areas in question tomorrow, Tuesday the 6th of June. Assuming the weather allows us to.I'm not sure why or where the said rejection is noted.
