I do not accept his response because he is giving false statements.  The sod I'm not even worried about.  It's the grading and the way he left my backyard.  When I purchased the lot he told me it was going to be a flat yard with a slight slope like my neighbor behind me.  It's not!!!!!!!  I paid extra for a larger patio and asked if it not flat let me know.  He responded with , it will work.  My realtor was there every time we spoke.  She even told him and [redacted] now this is going to be flat.  My realtor still tells them, you said it was going to be flat.  They lied obviously!  Because he put $200 in escrow for a wall.  If he knew it was going to be flat why would he put that money in escrow!  I can not use my yard for family or entertaining. Someone will roll down the hill or fall and hit the wall if they come off the patio.  My granddaughter already did.  I did call the city inspectors not to change his findings but to ask why and how it passed.  I asked Carl Spahn if he would want that backyard and he responded with no. But he doesn't live there.  Mr [redacted]t, [redacted] and Mr Spahn said to tell people to be careful and put a railing around my patio.  That's unacceptable!!!!! It's his mistake on not grading right the first time. It may have passed code but that is not what I was told.  I asked him what if I put a deck on instead.  He responded with I'll take out the patio but I will not put a deck on.  I paid extra for that patio.  I asked to speak to the supervisor because I wanted answers.  I was not rude just asked questions. That's my right!  So was so wrong of Mr [redacted]t to even state that I was aggressive.  He is not going to attack my integrity or character.  I have every text message that I sent him.  Yes, I said I was going to contact my attorney and I did.  But he recommended that we try to work it out first before I take action.  I did not threaten him.  I just told him the truth about contacting my attorney.  He made 3 major mistakes that I had to compromise on.  1- He did not extend the back of my house and did not tell me until I spoke about it being small.  He then offered to make my wall bigger in the basement to compensate for that mistake.  I agreed!!!!!  He put the faucet in the wrong place outside. He added another one but did not disconnect the other faucet like he said he would.  Still waiting!!!!! The backyard......a nightmare.  My yard is the topic of conversation with all the neighbors.  He has even gotten in arguments with neighbors over my yard.  They are upset because they have to look at it everyday.  I know at least 5 families that I spoke with that have had complaints and disagreements with Mr [redacted]t.  He may have acclimates and awards but what about character.  I contacted 3 landscaping companies and they said this is unacceptable that he left this the way he did.  It will cost alot of money to fix it.  Money I don't have!  I don't want money or beautification.  I just want it fixed right.  So I can use my yard and not just look  out door and window.  I am truly disappointed that he would attack my character like he did.  I spent $15,000.00 extra on this house.  I have every signed up grade and check stub for proof.  I recieved nothing for free.  I paid for everything.  I did not try to get him expelled from the HBA.  I  just called them to help me out but they were the ones who told me to contact the Revdex.com and the Attorney General.  Also to contact a mediator.  Not do destroy his reputation.  I am a hard working woman, mother and grandmother.  I just want my house to be what I thought the finished product would be.  I don't deserve to be put through this with deformation of character.  How can so many in this sub division be so wrong and [redacted]t, homes always be right???????

To Whom It May Concern;The complaint filed by customer ID #12225746 is totally false. The true facts are as follows:1. The sod installed on MS. ID #12225746 yard was pristine and beautiful. The sod contractor actually took pictures of the sod on day of installation which verify this fact....

The sod for her yard was delivered on the same load on the truck that delivered sod for two adjoining lots on the same day. The adjoining lots were watered and both have healthy green sod. Both Ms. ID #12225746 and her real estate agent were notified that she needed to water her sod immediately. Her purchase contract specifically states that the buyer is responsible to water the sod immediately upon installation and gives specific instructions. They were notified on the day the sod was laid and the following day. She ignored all notices and the contract and allowed her sod to die from lack of water. In view of the documentation we have to confirm the sod was alive when laid, it is difficult to believe any of Ms. [redacted]’s stories about her neighbors.  2. The grading of Ms. ID #12225746 yard actually exceeds grade standards in the City of Kansas City code for yard grades. MS. [redacted] attempted to get the City to reverse their approval of the grade and rule that the grade did not meet code standards, even though it passed inspections and a final occupancy permit was issued. She was so aggressive that the codes employee referred the matter to the Inspections Supervisor, who then personally inspected the grade, made measurements and took pictures. The Supervisor reported that “there is NO violation of the code in reference to the grade that abuts the patio. I measured the worst spot and the grade only drops 18” at three feet out. Code allows a 30” drop of the grade at 3 feet out before a guardrail is required”. The report is in the City records. Consequently, contrary to what Ms. [redacted] and her unidentified landscapers believe, the grade is Not dangerous. 3. The attached copy of a letter from the undersigned to Ms. ID #12225746 summarizes the chronology of events that preceded the actions of Ms. [redacted] and our position relative to her claims. She is on a vendetta to try to ruin the excellent reputation of [redacted]t Homes, Inc. established over twenty five years of building quality homes.  We have received multiple awards from the HBA of Kansas City for homes on the citywide Parade of Homes. The awards include “Pick of the Parade” and “ American Dream Award" and "Distinctive Plan and Design".  Ms. ID #12225746 alsotried, without success, to have us expelled from the HBA.4. It has been an unpleasant experience building a custom home for Ms. ID # 12225746, Throughout the process she sent me continuous texts and telephone messages criticizing me and our work in vulgar and slanderous language. I have saved many of those messages in anticipation of conflicts at a later time. It became so bad that I blocked her calls and texts and told her that I would only communicate with her through her real estate buyer’s agent. She threatened to have her attorney contact me on several occasions and we told her our attorney would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters with her attorney. We never heard from her attorney. In attempts to placate her we actually spent thousands of dollars to install items in her home and yard that she did not pay for.In conclusion, we have given Ms. ID #12225746 what she paid for and then some. We will not give her more “freebies” and will not give in to her threats. Our position is legally and ethically justified. We are prepared to take whatever action may be required to protect our reputation. We had the pleasure of meeting with [redacted] owner of Premier Paradise Inc. 2 years ago. From initial consult to design; to completion of our back yard and pool we had a wonderful experience. His service from start to finish was on time; on budget and most of all he was always available for any questions we had. Pool service is done weekly and we have no worries what so ever; knowing that our pool is always being well maintained. His knowledge and design experience goes well beyond any other company we interviewed when we first decided to put in a pool. With us residing in Canada and having our vacation home in Arizona; we have no concerns what so ever that our pool is taking care of each week. His staff are well informed; response time is immediate. Thank You! once again Premier Paradise Inc. for making our backyard oasis a dream come true.

Premier Paradise, Inc. built our pool in 2009. We were impressed then and we are still impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and the quality of their products!

We have recommended them to our friends and family without any reservations. So happy we chose this wonderful company and would do it again!

Premier Paradise, Inc worked with us diligently to make our backyard the "paradise" we wanted it to be. We wanted a unique shape to our pool, which turned out better than we could have imagined. They constructed our entire backyard, from the pool, recessed spa, the beautiful travertine patio, artificial turf and the tropical plants. It was nice to have one builder for the entire project. We would highly recommend them!!

Premier Paradise and [redacted] did and excellent job with our pool construction project.From the outset [redacted] was able to grasp what we wanted and put our thoughts and his ideas on paper. As with any project, there were a couple of minor glitches but those were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. [redacted] was there to answer all questions and concerns. Everyone that has seen our pool and yard has marveled at it's beauty.

Everyday as we swim in our pool we are grateful for Premier Paradise's design plan and construction. Our infinity pool gets AWES from everyone who visits. It exceeded our expectations. We had a super pleasant experience, and highly recommend this wonderful company!

I switched to Premier Paradiise after a poor experience with another pool company.

I have had exceptional service and reliability from Premier ! [redacted] and [redacted] have

always been there to help and have even taken after hours phone calls to assist with small problems. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone who expects quality, honesty, reliability and a fair price!

I have done business with this company since January 2013. When I have asked questions regarding issues with our pool, or the mechanics of the pool, I have received immediate responses from the owner. I am satisfied with their knowledge and ability to maintain our pool every week. I would recommend this company to those looking for a pool service. I have also compared their cost to other companies and have found them to be reasonable.

We went with [redacted] and his team at Premier Paradise Pools when we built our new house in Gilbert. We had lived in Maricopa for 2 years and had built our original pool in that house through [redacted] Pools. With Paddock, there were multiple build delays and then issues with foundation cracks (as well as some issues w/ self-cleaning system), and we truthfully were extremely let down with their post-sale support and responsiveness. So when building this new house, we had to take a much closer serious look at the potential builders (and not only visit a few of their completed pools, but also personally speak to those home owners on the process). [redacted] came recommended to us by one of the neighbors a few houses down and when I reached out to him to ask for (3) additional references, he had no hesitation in giving me several other near by homes they had built pools for. In all I visited 4 homes and not only where the pools visually in perfect condition, but each of the owners spoke nothing but rave reviews on everything from the construction process to customer service and support well after they were done. We decided this was the right company for our new pool (best decision we could have made!) and started the custom design process with that team. That was about 3 years ago and we still use his team for our monthly pool service to date (and he is just as responsive to any of my calls now as they were when we started the process and needed hand holding every step of the way!). They not only did a spectacular pool for us (complete with building into the design a pair of hand-carved Tiki Poles we had imported from Hawaii into stone fcedil;ade towers over-looking the pool w/ custom lighting onto the faces), but also did all the stone decking, custom BBQ Grill and bar top area, a raised sleek gas fire pit along the pool w/ shattered glass surface the flames filter through (as well as tapping into our gas lines to fuel the fire pit and grill), a custom built 4ft drop down pit (with matching stone) for our Sundance Hot Tub Jacuzzi to be dropped down into (a perfect fit that looks more like it's a raised stone hot tub overlooking the pool and part of the design then the original above ground traditional spa look that [redacted] did by just dropping it onto a concrete slab in the 1st house) and some custom landscaping as well. We had friends built in the Toll Brothers neighborhood a few months before our pool was built who spent over $95k on their setup through another company and still make a comment every time they come to our house and see our back yard that they should have used Premier and wish they had met us earlier, lol. In 3 years just like any pool and any equipment no matter how high end, you have your typical maintenance polishes (replacing a LED light or pop-up filter), but what I think is MOST important in any type of review like this is to let other buyers know that's where it was a night and day difference between the Premier team and our personal experience with other builders. I was able to get them on the phone by end of same and in both cases, they were onsite and issue was fixed w/in only a few days (and we always were kept inform of the exact process, as well as a follow-up call afterwards to make sure all was well). I work in the Medical Software Field where unfortunately more and more companies outsource support overseas, so I am extra critical and sensitive to relationship building and POST-SALE support...this is a very rare case where I can genuinely give a 10/10 on both support and end-result product. Sorry for the super long review, but after building a few I know 1st hand what a huge investment of time and money they are, so hopefully this helps at least a few who just want another owners .02 who used these guys.

We are a local manufacturing company within the swimming pool industry. Our company has dealt with Premier Paradise for several years. Nothing but positive things to say about this company. In my experience they seem very committed to providing a high level of individualized service to their clients.

Premier Paradise added a new Sauna and reconditioned our old pool. We love the changes and we would recommend Premier to anyone considering reconditioning there old pool.

Premier Paradise constructed a spa next to and adjoining by pool that is a true work of art. They matched the bolders, the pebble-tech, the tile and the general decor. They did the work in the time they promised and came in at budget - you can't ask for more than that. They also followed my request for extra jets to make the spa more therapeutic - it is incredible - and installed a high efficiency gas heater that heats the spa to 102 on the coldest winter days (yes, I know that is relative) in 15-20 minutes. They were a pleasure to work with and created a spa that always attracts compliments from our guests.

We have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Premier Paradise. [redacted] designed & built our pool and now they are servicing it on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend this company!!

Review: I was having a problem with my salt cell of my pool that was still under warranty.

I need to lodge a complaint against [redacted] of Premier Paradise for the lack of satisfactory customer service when I had a problem with my salt cell recently. Below is a timeline for my concern over a warranteed item, the salt cell.

It has been very frustating trying to contact Mr [redacted] which I did numerous times with no response for multiple consecutive days.

PREMIER PARADISE TIME LINE

5-19 I noticed buy using test strips that my pool water had no chlorine.

Turned on super chlorinator (SC) for 24 hours. This in the past has increased chlorine levels. No chlorine in water after S.C.

5-20 , 5-22 Ran SC for 24 hours two more times with same result.

5-23 Got water tested at Leslies pool supply and sent results to Mr [redacted].

5-23 He told to me add 2 bags of salt, 8 pounds of stabilizer and start using phos free.

5-24 Added the above

5-25 Sent email to [redacted] telling him of my salt cell reading high salt and to clean the cell. I cleaned the cell this day. This did nothing to change the reading of high salt and to clean the salt cell.

There there was no chlorine in pool water via test strips

5-26 My family and I left for vacation no response from Mr [redacted]

5-27 no response

5-28 no response,

5-29 no response

5-30 no response

5-31 I texted Mr. [redacted] asking him if he was going to be able to come by my house, No response

6-1 Returned home from vacation.

No response

6-2 Cleaned cell again.

No response from Mr. [redacted]. Tested water at Leslie’s pool center with good results except for no chlorine in pool

6-3 No response

Called [redacted] and texted him also

6-4 He texted me saying he just got back in town from vacation and that his manager will stop by on 6-5

6-5 His manager came by and tested cell saying the cell was dirty and that my salt was indeed high.

6-6 Talked to [redacted] who is the manager. He told me to run chlorinator for the weekend and to increase percentage of chlorine via remote control. He told me he would come by on Monday if it was not working. He told me on his visit that salt was high and that the cell was dirty.

6-7 Saturday – noticed green patch on side of pool.

6-8 Noticed drastic increase in green patches on Pool.

6-9 I called [redacted] in the morning. [redacted] came by my house and changed the salt cell. I reviewed with him the time line and voiced my concern over the lack of timely customer service. He told me to call or email him if I have any other concerns. He instructed me that my salt level was still high and that I needed to drain the pool 4-8 inches and to refill with fresh water.

He gave me specific instructions and I was grateful for this though it is another inconvenience for me to have to do this. He also brushed my pool and put in 1/2 gallon of liquid chlorine to help with the algae in my pool. For this I was thankful also.

Please be aware that throughout the entire process I have been checking for chlorine in my pool water with no results whatsoever. I even had my house sitter check while I was on vacation.

This entire process has been very frustrating to me. I spent over $40,000 on my pool and it is a little over 2 years old. Mr. [redacted] has in the distant past been very accomadating to my questions and concerns. This lack of responses to my inquiries for help in my pool care has caused me great stress.Desired Settlement: Premier Paradise did a fantastic job in the construction of my pool even though there was a hole in my backyard for 6 weeks while the companies engineering firm had to fill out paperwork and get recertified.

[redacted] has been very helpful in the past but has disregarded my concerns over another problem back in December.

I hope in the future when I need assistance with my pool the builder will be more receptive to my concerns.

They do great work and are very creative. They work hard to produce work in a timely fashion. If your lookig for great work this are your guys. I have been to many job sites and their work is some of best in the industry. If your looking for a acompany that has pride in what they do and understand what they're talking about you found them.

[redacted] and his team at Premier Paradise were professional from the start of our dream project, right up till the last stone was placed. It was a pleasure working with Premier Paradise and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pool project like no other. What Premier offers you over the competition is a true "Custom" pool and/or landscape plan. No two pools are a like and you can see that in [redacted] designs. Premier Paradise was able to take our ideas and clearly put them in a design that we love and continue to enjoy and love today. Premier Paradise's communication was top notch and we knew what was happening with our project on a weekly basis. I loved that!!!!!

We continue to use their services to maintain our pool, as who would know better on how to handle it then the builder.

Like I said, if your looking for honesty, integrity, excellent communication and a truly creative team, look at Premier Paradise!!!
