6 Month Update.
This company telemarketed my 89 year old mother in June telling her that they were in the neighborhood doing $29 ac inspections and that she should have hers checked as she didn't want to be without air conditioning this summer.
Thinking it was a legitimate offer, and worried that she would be without air, she agreed.
This is a 6 year new home with a Trane Air/heat pump
They came out and told her that her 6 year old air conditioner had "mold- the bad kind" and they could put in a special filter to keep her from getting very sick.
She agreed.
Luckily, I called to check on her and discovered that they were charging her $2000 for this special filter and told them to take it out.
By the time I got there he had a $700 check in hand for changing some small part, and refused to return it.
My mother was upset, stating what a nice guy he was and how he had been doing ac for over 10 years .........BLA BLA BLA< and she she got upset when I tried to get her check back.
Well here we are, 6 month later and my mothers ac was leaking water all over. I took off the cover to find that this dirt bag had not replaced the air filter and all of the dirt had covered the coil, and blocked up the drain.
If this company calls you or your family. my advise is to hang up.
I talked with the owner and he was a total Jerk. In my opinion, Companies like this should be run out of town.
