Review: -07/10/2014---

Made a reservation for parking at 6:45 a.m. on 07/10/2014; Premier Parking (P.P.) states the location [redacted] Hotel parking lot and they have shuttles which runs 24 hours goes every 30 minutes on the hour :00 and half hour :30. Arrived at parking lot and went into hotel with reservation and the hotel clerk said the first shuttle left (7:00 a.m.) the second shuttle was full 7:30 a.m. I explained we made the 6:45 a.m. reservation and she said she has no record until we arrive in person; Premier Parking is a 3rd party vendor and their systems do not tie.

We were unable to wait 1 hour for the 8:00 a.m. shuttle because flight boards at 8:30 a.m. and we still had to check in our luggage and make it through security. We left and went to nearby parking lot; I called the P.P. agent at 7:10 a.m. and she called Microtel and confirmed with the hotel clerk that we had been there and could not make it on the 1st or 2nd shuttle. Then the P.P. agent said we booked online and there was no way to help us. I explained that I already tried to cancel reservation online but was unable because site said it was past my reservation time and call customer service. P.P. agent said there was no way to elevate the problem.

8:00 a.m. I sent an email from the site under Cancellations with above info and requesting refund, and site says they respond within 24 hours - it has been 20 DAYS and still no response.

-07/14/2014--- 12:44 p.m. I called P.P. agent and spoke with Sarah and she said she would send email to accounting to request refund and an email to marketing about 'lack of reservation' because of 3rd party status. Called again and asked if this could be elevated and was told to call extension 319. I called and received voice message from "Sue" and she said leave message and will return your call within 24 hours. 20 DAYS and still no response.

-07/18/2014---Sent another email through P.P. site, no reply. Called P.P. agent at 7:06 p.m. and was told to call extension 323, which again was SUE's voice mail; left a message and no return call.

-07/22/2014--- Performed online Chat with Sarah and she only offered SUE's extension, was unable to offer anything else.

-07/23/2014---Called P.P. agent and asked if there was anything else that could be done. After multiple calls and emails, plus chatting online, only solution lies with SUE who has 2 extensions and does not return calls. The P.P. agents are part of a call center and the only thing they can do is offer an extension. It was lie after lie to keep the scam going.Desired Settlement: Educate call center to actually deal with problem instead of putting customer off for few days and offering extensions that lead to same person. Hire more employees so the single point of failure "SUE" actually responds.
