The work done fell apart within a week and is now useless.
A product was to be applied to pavement in below average shape to make it look good again and be a solid surface. They put down pea rock and then sprayed it with a black coating. The coating broke away and just left loose pea rock on the parking lot. It needs to be re-sealed with the proper amount of product to make it solid and stay solid. Premier Paving provided a work proposal / contract (signed by both parties) to ***. on Sept 16, 2018. the work included- grade entrance driveway - 17000 sq.ft. compact base, apply hot bitumen chip seal, lay chip seal, the contractor was paid $15000.00 with a promise to finish the final chip seal the next day, to date Premier Paving has not returned to finish the chip sealing,
