Review: I had a few questions at end of my initial visit about my condition and the treatment plan [redacted] intended to implement. [redacted] responded with a sneer when I attempted to ask. "I already answered those questions before," she responded coldly.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all fees for the visit waived.

I have been in practice as a PT for 14 years taking care of my patient's each and every day. [redacted] did come to my office for his PT evaluation and treatment. He processed to ask the same questions, each about 10 different ways. I spent a total of one hour with him for his initial evaluation. As he was leaving, he came up to me at the front desk and asked " what are the goals of the PT program you plan to implement for my treatment"? I responded, not coldly, and not with a sneer, that "I believe I had answered that question throughout the initial evaluation, but that I would go through it again". My [redacted] was present at the time of this conversation and is my witness as to what was said.

His perception of what was said, how it was said, is inaccurate. Again, my [redacted] was present at the front desk and can attest to exactly what occurred that day.
