I called Premier Plumbing for a bathtub drain problem. Their plumber came to my residence and removed the tub shoe in order to replace it. He told me he was going to go to his shop and return with the replacement shoe that same afternoon around 2:00. He didn't return that day. The next day when he did return, I asked him if the replacement was in the shop. He told me yes. Total work time was one hour. Premier Plumbing charged me for two hours labor. The total amount was $215! I called the office and told them that I was overcharged. Premier Plumbing has performed over $5,000 work for me in the past. By no means was this my first experience with them, but it will definitely be my last. I will call someone else next time. I would recommend that you do the same.
