What the Premier Pools Representative stated is totally incorrect. My [redacted] has dealt with them for five years. He stated he has paid them for their services. The pool pump was paid last year. We are in the process of going through Checkbooks and Registers to document the claim. Additionally,  any Business that operates like they do, is not legitimately a business. What business ends your five year service without a professional letter of notice. I found their note  four days later in a chair in our garage. In a court of  law, would that be considered professional and business like?   When I called the  service person said we always paid, now suddenly,  we didn't.  I will review all statements and Checks and let them know what we have found. My [redacted] doesn't know anything about a pool pump lately. We will respond with our findings as soon as possible. I personally think Premier Pools is trying to  get over now because we have gone to the Revdex.com. My [redacted] is going through his records and he will know very soon what is accurate or inaccurate.

The [redacted] have an extremely difficult pool to mantain. This is exacerbated by their lack of timeliness in approving repairs. Preimier Pools has often agreed to complete needed repairs with the understanding that the repairs cannot be paid for at the time of completion. We agreed to such...

terms because we would not be able to maintain the pool at a satisfactory level without all of the equipment working properly. The [redacted] have consistently paid for their pool service and pay extra each month toward any outstanding repair balances. However, Premier Pools is not in the business of financing pool repairs. Especially when this has been done at no additional charge to the [redacted]. The [redacted] pool was in excellent condition during our last visit. They can certainly contact another company to service their pool.  Tell us why here...

Mrs. [redacted] was mailed a detailed statement per her request. It was sent this morning prior to her updated complaint. The [redacted] owe us for repairs completed to her pool equipment and for pool service. I will file a lein on the [redacted]'s home if we are not compensated for our work. I wrote a note on their invoice stating that I understood they may not be able to pay the balance at this time but our expectation is that they pay at least $100 per month until the balance is satisfied. I believe this is reasonable and fair. Especially considering that we were not paid in full for the repairs at the time of completion which is standard industry practice. Mrs [redacted]'s use of the Revdex.com to badger our business reputation is ridiculous. Her own representation that she would be satisfied if we agreed to a zero balance provides insight into her motivation. She does not want to pay what is due to us, and that is unacceptable.

I am rejecting this response because:After filling n initial complaint last month, and I just asked that Premier Pools just leave it as it was free of any more financial payments because of the lack of professionalism of dropping us without any forewarning and leaving a Notice of Not Returning in a chair in our garage. We assumed that we were done with Premier Pools. On Friday, April 28th we received a Balance of $590.00, on anone- itemized bill. We have no idea where this figure came from. On topof that the Bill stared if we don't pay it they will put a lion on our property. Additionally, they expect a minimum of 100dolkars a month. Remember they dropped us, and I always mailed monthly a payment to them for my [redacted] who recently suffered his [redacted]. After the [redacted] in Mid-March, I even left his bedside at [redacted] AND drove to the [redacted] Post Office to mail the last Bill. I requested an itemized Bill from them on Friday. If this continues they will need to pay us for their lack of professional services. Over Christmas, we didn't get service for three weeks and Thanksgiving too. We continued to pay without complaining. Last Summer for 3 three weeks, the pool wasn't serviced. In all due respect, the [redacted] didn't know it because they had dead weight service and the employees did nothing assigned.Please help us solve this. We personally believe we owe them NOTHING.
