Review: Phone number at website address no longer in service. Tried calling several times and realized that perhaps they are no longer in business.

Noticed problem in Early August that red light wasblinking on my Fronius inverter display unit. Went out to inspect inverters and noticed that invertor #2 - no display light seen and the energy generated was very low. Purchased unit February 21, 2008, it was installed on March 12, 2008 with a limited 10 year warranty. Inverter: # 1 & #2 Fronius IG2000 (240V), #1 Module: SHARP ND-N2ECU (142W) Configuration: 1 String (s) x13 Modules Tot. PV Power1849Wp, Max PV Current: 7.2A, Max String Current 7.2 A Inverter #2same inverter # and Module , Configuration: 1 String x 14 Modules, Tot.PV Power: 1991 Wp, Max PV Current: 7.2A and Max String Current: 7.2 A.

First dowmpayment of $1000. 11/19/07, 2nd payment of 8154. made on 01/28/2008 and upon completion paid 13,788. on 03/13/08.

I looked up their website and attempted to call their business office listed in Anaheim and the first time it was busy. Several days later I again tried the Anaheim phone number and was told this # not in service.

I also drove up to The El Dorado Hills place of business and it is vacant.Desired Settlement: I would like Premier Power to send a technician out to trouble shoot and correct the problem. This system is completely paid so please do the right thing and stand up to your end of the contract. This is important to the value of my home and to the California environment.
