Before even moving into the home during our initial viewing of the duplex we spoke with Robin L[redacted] about several things that needed to be addressed at the property, including: broken tree branches on the roof and in the front and back yard, Broken kitchen desk drawer, drywall chunk out of the wall in the kitchen, laminate floor coming up in the laundry room. Robin assured us that these items would be repaired and they never were. She had over 30 days to make these repairs and did not make any of them.Stated specifically in the lease agreement the landlord and tenant are to conduct the initial walk through and complete the walk through checklist. The landlord, Robin L[redacted], handed me (the tenant) the checklist and stated "i will be back to get this later." Robin did not return for the checklist, she did not address ANY of the repairs listed on the checklist, nor did she sign the checklist.- On November 1, 2015, we requested a new stove since the one provided did not work correctly and burned everything we cooked. We did not hear back from the landlord until November 11, 2015. When she asked my husband and I if we could be home for installation of the stove, which was a used one from the owner. - On April 7, 2016, we notified Robin that our main toilet in the house was not working. We did not hear back from her until April 14, when she told us it was going to be a $400 fix. The toilet was supposed to be repaired on April 18th, the plummer was 30 minutes late and did not replace the toilet because apparently it was the wrong color. A different plummer was scheduled to come repair the toilet on April 20th, He too was 30 minutes late and was smoking in the front yard right in front of the room my 2 month-old son was sleeping in. This plummer also did not repair the toilet correctly and we had to hold the toilet handle down for over a minute to actually get it to flush. On numerous occasions we addressed the tree branches with Robin she never took care of it. My husband sent her several emails about repairs that needed to be made to the duplex including a clogged dryer vent...she never fixed it.Last but not least on our move out day we requested that Robin come to the duplex and do our last walk through with us so if anything needed to be addressed we could take care of it. Robin came to the house said that it was good to go and once we completed the move out checklist we would be refunded our security deposit. This checklist included: sending Robin our forwarding address, mowing and picking up the dog poop from the back yard, paying utilities and providing a confirmation of this, and returning our property keys. On June 13th I send Robin my last utility confirmation email and all other requirements had been met. I received no response from her. On June 19th I texted and called her with no response. My husband then called her and texted her on June 20th with no response until 1:09 PM were she stated "I am on vacation. Will work on it when I return closer to the end of the month." Her lack of professionalism and laziness is completely unacceptable. She made our lives miserable for 8 months. Playing with people's money and not cconsidering how it can affect people's lives truly shows her personality. We simply want our security deposit back in a timely, legal fashion. egards,

I am rejecting this response because:- We gave Robin a two (2) months notice for moving out because my husband received a promotion out-of-state.  We even offered to find a renter to sublet the duplex.  - All of my statement was true and accurate.  My husband and I have been renting for over 10 years and have never had any issues with our previous landlords except Robin.  She was completely irresponsible and incapable of doing her job in a timely and professional manner.  - On May 3, 2016, Robin came over to our house to discuss the details of our departure.  At this time she was made well aware that we would be moving out on May 27, 2016.  She ensured us that if we completed the move out checklist in a timely fashion we would get our deposit back quickly.  After 2 full weeks of completing the checklist we still had not seen our deposit.  We did not get our deposit back until June 30, 2016, which was in fact 3 days late.-Robin is absolutely not qualified to be a landlord.  I am very concerned for her other renters and the owners of the properties she manages.  Premier Property & Asset Management is a fraudulent business and should be audited and investigated.

NO complaints were received from tenants regarding late maintenance while at the home.  They broke their lease early.  They have not been out of the home for 30 days yet.  Deposit being requested is not even due to them yet.

They broke their lease. Most of her statement is inaccurate but the final statement of the complaint is that they want the deposit back timely, which is the whole reason for her complaint.  She actually wanted it back early.  It was indeed sent back not just timely but even sent 5 days early.  Case closed
