I wish no further action reguarding this matterHowever the response from Premier Property Maintenance is not factualThe distance is feet from the trimming area and feet from the mowed area, the mowed area was cut in two differect directions, forward a back again. No children were playing between my house and their house that day, my children have grown and gone, years agoYes there are no rocks in the landscape beds , however I do find pebbles along the edge of the landscape blocksI also have photos of freshly trimmed area along the blocks and the edge along the drive was also trimmedNever knew that cut the lawn and didn't trimI also noticed my driveway was blown to clean off grass clippings.The distance to feet is close enough to cause a break in the windowSorry the responding person does not appreciate placing the blame on them using this forum, but when they don't responed to a phone call what other means is there to at lease talk about the matterCorrect I have no eye witness, other than my of leaving home and returning after the lavn service finished and had gone that I found the window broken. I stand by my believe of what happened and facts as I know themAttorneys and police shoukd't be necessary but if Primier wishes to go that route so be itI am not looking for any damage costs and will move on only wishing people would return calls and talk matters thru
