Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Good morning, Thank you for the reply. First I would like to say that the issue of the deposit check with regards to a non-valid address is not the problem I have, nor what the complaint is about. It actually was a valid address, but was returned by the USPS for reasons known only to them. It was no fault of either Premier or me. No, the issues to which I refer follow. I would be delighted to rebut [redacted] rebuttal, particularly since it was he who told me, and in no uncertain terms, that they would refuse me any opportunity to discuss with them the issues listed herein. I basically sent them my disagreement with their refund amount, to which they replied with a letter. The letter didn’t really address the issues at hand, and I responded that to them. That’s when they begin to ignore me. Finally, [redacted] answered that their decision was final and they would not even discuss this with me, even though I explained to them that their decision was flawed, and I also explained exactly how. I requested a reply to that, but they refuse to speak with me. If these charges are “normal and customary” then I am afraid that they have a great deal of very unhappy former tenants. It’s interesting that they found that they were correct in this dispute. When the defendant, jury, and judge are the same people, I imagine they win a lot of cases! “The customer continued to email demanding that the items be refunded.” In actuality, "the customer" emailed back to let them know exactly how their findings were flawed and they refused to answer me, being so bold as to let me know that they would be refusing to talk to me about these disputed items. Once “the customer” had moved out, “the customer” received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. That they would treat “the customer” like this after “the customer” paid the rent early or on time for a year and a half shows how they value their customers. The summation that they have tried “their best”, and “multiple times” to address my concerns is nothing more than a blatant untruth, and, if necessary, I will take this to the Tenant’s Union and HUD before moving on to my final choice, which, I hope, this won’t come to. Please see the attached copies of emails, particularly the one from me on 1/20/2016. I can also supply the photographs they sent me thru the postal service if you require, which don’t actually show the area in question. Thank you.

she came across as non cooperative, she turned the tables on our staff to include her 'unprofessional' and 'ghetto' stereotypesOnce we received the complaint, the property manager Olivia Rodriguez reached out to *** and resolved her concern by making an arrangement with herI have attached the documents used to record the arrangementIf anything further is necessary, please advise

As we discuss**, I am the manager for the Kenwood Greene Condominium Association where Mr*** is a unit owner
In April he was sent several letters for parking violations, one resulting in a fineThese letters were written at the direction of the Board of Managers and were of the standard warning and violation natureMr***'s response to these letters was so inappropriate that it requir** a letter from *** ***, the attorney for the associationI have attach** that letter for your review
It appears that upon receipt of this letter from the attorney, Mr*** then fil** a complaint against my company
The only point of the complaint that I can admit to is hanging up on him because he was being extremely rude and inappropriate to mePlease know that I would never swear or threaten anyone, let alone a resident and will not apologize for something that I did not do. On the other hand, Mr*** has a history with issues requiring police intervention and continues to harass me and the Board when he does not get his way

I was not at all ghetto and unproffessional, for I requested to speak to someone above tracy, she spoke over me and disrespected me the whole min after getting disconnected, I asked if the call was being recorded because she was very rude and disrespectful and ofcourse unprofessionalI even recorded the call , I had to have proof of the disrespect and neglect I was receiving, I actually have proof of the rude customer service I received, I was not rude nor "ghetto", and even if I were to have been; which I wasnt, I had the right of way because I am a paying renter Point madeAnd yes Olivia the manager finally decided to make a deal with me, AFTER I had made this complaint and did not speak to me until I made this complaint, this would of never escalated like this if better professional communication was made, so clarify what you decide to state PPM of Broadway Apartments because that is info you are statingto save your reputation

To whom it may concern,Miss [redacted] moved into this apartment on 4/3/17 and seems to not be happy about the apartment.  We have had complaints from her on a regular basis since moving in.  Miss [redacted] first complained about ants in the unit on 4/17, she had tried over the counter products...

and was not having success with getting rid of the ants.  We sent a vendor out which Miss [redacted] refused to let him enter the apartment to spray & sent him away.  She then contacted us on 5/30/17 regarding the toilet not working properly.  Maintenance went out and replaced the fill valve & flapper that same day.  She also reported on 5/30 that she would like the wall under the kitchen sink and behind the dishwasher checked for damage, check for a leak in the bathroom from the unit above her and to adjust a kitchen cabinet door.  All of those items were assigned to maintenance and taken care of.  On 7/16/17 (a day the office is closed), Miss [redacted] sent an email and photo of the washer box in the laundry room.  Maintenance looked at the photo sent and responded to the email on 7/17/17.  The washer box has been in this same condition for years with other tenants using their machines with no issues.  The response to Miss [redacted], was just that the washer box has looked just like that for years and nothing will be done about it.  I would recommend if Miss [redacted] feels it is an electrical issue, she can pay the expense to have the item looked at.  We are comfortable with the diagnosis of our maintenance guy who has been working in that building since we started managing it over 5 years ago.Sincerely,Angela H[redacted]Premier Property Management
