The customer initiated a policy via the telephone with an Activation Representative. All of our phone calls are recorded and we'd be more than happy to provide them to any interested partiesThe customer stated " Product Issues" as their complaint subjectIn their statement they said " This
company is charging me money and I have not used their services." For this half of their response, that is correctThe policy has a day and 1,miles validation period before the months, and additional 75,miles given on the Vehicle Service Contract is effectiveThe reason for this waiting period is because a physical inspection of the vehicle isn't not done prior to purchase, so this is a small window to make sure there isn't a pre-existing mechanical problemThis is stated on the phone callThe contract information was delivered to the address on file on 5/6/to reiterate all the information provided via the telephoneI think the confusion is that this isn't an immediate gratification serviceThis policy protects the vehicle for the duration of it's aging components and mileage accrued in the next yearsThe policy will be effective days from 4/28/The customer merely needs allow the policy to be in effect to reap its benefitsI attempted to contact Mr*** today, 5/11/to see if I can provide clarity on the contract so the customer is fully informed on how the service worksI left a message on the day time number providedIt terms of the second half of the response " I want my money back, I do not want the service." We are more than happy to oblige to any request. Mr*** can call me directly at *** *** *** and ask for *** ***. We always recommend the customer to contract us regarding any issues or concerns before taking the harsh step of a complaint before we've been given the opportunity for a resolution

During a July 12, 2016 phone call, the customer service supervisor said they would cancel my policy because I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com.
