I hired Premier Quality Home Improvements & Repairs to do some repairs to my mother's house in Smyrna, TN. The repairs were expertly done, and my mother is thrilled with the results. I had a cigarette post catch fire on my front porch It damaged both my vinyl siding and the trim I had reservations about contacting a contractor because of all the scams out there these days, so I put it off until my insurance insisted I get it repaired Out of the contractors I contacted, one didn't show up for the appointment, another one never returned my call, and two gave me outrageous quotes, one almost twice my insurance estimate which was fair Luis with Premier responded to me promptly, made an appointment and kept it, was courteous and professional, and provided me a quote that was actually a little less than my insurance estimateOn first speaking with him, I felt he was honest and sincere Upon hiring his company, he provided me with a signed quote and information packet He kept me updated by text and email at every step Within a week and a half the repairs were finished The quality of the work exceeded my expectations because he had managed to perfectly match my siding and trim even though it was years old They left the repair area clean and organized My bill was the amount he had quoted me to the penny I give this company an A++ rating and I won't hesitate to use them again In fact I'll be contacting him next for some roof repairs around my chimney Thanks to Luis I have fewer reservations about contractors going forward and have already recommended him to others

I was selling a house and my roof was found to have storm damageThe owner of Premier Quality Home Improvements come to my house personally to represent me for the insurance company
I had Premier repair the roof and they worked with the insurance company to make the experience as painless as possible and the roof look amazing
It was then found that some of the shingles had been damaged from the manufacture and Premier came out and replaced the damaged shingles under warranty
I have since had Premier do several home improvements and each has been satisfactory and the workers have been very professional
I plan on using Premier for any repairs to my new house and I have recommend Premier to several friends and co-workers
