To Whom It May Concern,First I apologize for the delay in our response,  your first communication was not seen so this is the first time I am seeing this complaint.Regarding the complaint.  We recovered property that contained some of the  complaining parties effects on...

9/23/2016. Two letters were mailed to the consumers address on Monday 9/26/2016 notifying the owner that we had their personal effects and the fees to redeem those items. We will provide these letters to you as long as the complaining party provides us permission to submit those documents to you.  On Monday 9/26/2016 we also received a call from the client indicating they had spoken with their customer so they were made aware at that time that we had the property and their  personal effects.  We are not required to send out letters but do so as it is the professional thing to do.  In addition law enforcement is notified and will provide our contact information to the consumer. The consumer first contacted us on 10/4/2016 at 5:53 pm.  She complained that she had to call the bank to get our information and we informed her at that time we had in fact mailed her letters.  At this point her items had been stored for 12 days so there were charges for removal, secure storage and admin totally $ 105.00.  We had other business with her which we inquired about.  At that time she stated she would contact her bank and call us back. The customer did call back at 12:58 pm on 10/5/2016.  She wanted to make an arrangement with us which we were happy to do but she did not want to wait for us to get approval from our client.  While we were talking to the client she was on hold and hung up.  My office manager called her back and left her a message.10/13/2016 My office manager made an attempt to call the consumer at 3:58pm.  The voice mail box was full so we could not leave a message.  My office staff has had no communication with her since our last conversation on 10/5/2016.  She has made no attempts to talk to us since then.  We do have outstanding accounts with her and she has our information.  Due to the sensitivity of personal information I am not able to go into full detail as the information on her account with us is not public.  The consumer would have to allow the Revdex.com permission to see her entire account file with us and then we would be happy to provide more clear details. The complaint that we tried to coerce a minor is totally false.  At the time the property was recovered we had no contact with anyone.  Our agent did attempt to knock the door to allow someone to remove their personal property but no one answered.  Our agent [redacted] did see a woman drive off but at no time did we have any contact whatsoever with a minor child at the time of recovery.  On 10/2/2016 we attempted contact  at the consumers  resident and spoke with [redacted] the customers adult brother.  He answered our questions and asked us to leave which we complied.  After we left, our client was contacted by the customer claiming that our agent was trying to "talk to the kids" which is why the brother gave us the information he did.  We advised our client that at no time did we have contact with minor children.  AT NO point did we attempt to talk to minor children.  This is completely false and in effort to slander my staff due to the consumers account status with our client. Please contact me with any questions.  We are happy to provide more detail upon the complaining parties  giving the Revdex.com permission to have full access to our account notes.  The customer is welcome to contact us at anytime, In fact, we  are awaiting a call back for her to get her personal items.  The fees are reasonable at $ 5.00 per day and a $ 35.00 flat administration fee.  This fee is for removal, secure storage and proper handling of her personal effect which is a reimbursable expense that is fair.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:In regards to letters sent from the business, those were never received. If they had mailed them, I would not have had to contact law enforcement to find out who had the personal items. The bank may have made contact with you, but they were also unwilling to provide us with contact information.I did contact the business in question in regards to obtaining the property. I attempted pultiple calls but was greeted by an answering machine during business hours several times as they were in some sort of staff meeting. When I eventually got a person on the line, I was informed they did their due diligence by sending the letter (which they are now stating is not due diligence), however, I have nothing to gain by stating I did not receive a letter, and Premier has a lot to gain- each day the price goes up, as they stated. By that point in time, the amount was considerably more than acceptable, and arguably even predatory. I contacted the state attorney general said office, who agreed. There was nothing they could do legally, so they recommended I file a complaint with the Revdex.com.On 10/4, the first time I made contact with the business, I was informed that the person to speak with regarding setting up an appointment to retrieve our belongings would call me back. By 1pm the following day, I had still not been contacted so I then called the business. I offered the keys for the vehicles they had possession of, in exchange for the personal items. I was told "no, no deals" and put on hold for over 15 minutes. Also, I never received a voicemail, and my mailbox is not, nor ever was, full. The complaint that one of their recovery agents tried to coerce a minor is absolutely true, and I would be happy to file an incident report with the Loveland police department stating such. The agent saw my children through the window when they were home with their uncle, and made a hand gesture for them to come outside to him. The kids described him as a heavy man with red hair. While they did not speak to him (because my kids knew better than to go outside, thank goodness), he did try and communicate with them- both with the hand gesture to come outside, and when they declined, he said "am I a bad man?". This business believes that I am slandering their staff because of my account status with them, and that is completely false. My personal property is small gifts I had stored away for Christmas gifts for the kids, totaling no more than $50. Hardly a reason to slander an innocent person. It is very irresponsible on their behalf to deny these very serious accusations, and I hope they rethink their position. Has the business even attempted to ask staff about the incident with the children?
Sincerely,
