We send claim form to the email that was provided by the customer we never got it back !!! Customer never called to our office she only email requesting a claim form ! As soon that we got the form from the customer we will send it to our claim department!

No relocation is cheap, whether you do it yourself or hire a company to do it for youI hired Premier Relocations for my move from [redacted] to [redacted] **I have to say, it really is better to leave it up to the professionalsThey took care of pretty much everything- from packing to delivering all my valuables unbroken and undamagedWhen I called them first, the man on the line said that their company strives for perfectionI suppose they really are perfect as I moved from NY to MA without any problemsI strongly recommend these guys

customer was in a process of a claim we send all the documentations and received the claim we cant process any claim until the customer will reverse the dispute with the credit card company untill we got the payment in full we will process the claim unless we going to take legal action against this customer !!!!

My friend and I really thankful to this company and all the people work for.They came today about o'clock and started their moving process of our bedroomEverything was packed in boxes and then in a truckAll the jobs was done by pm todayPrices are great

By far the smoothest move I've ever had to deal with, and I've had different professionals times in the past years.They were polite, super and efficient No mishaps-which is literally a first for me! Thanks Guys!!!!

This is my 2nd move with these guys within 4 years, and both times the movers they sent were great. They were on time, and after a quick chat on what needs to be moved, they got right to it! Within 1 hour, they were packed up and were ready to go. My roommate got other movers (from another company) that day and all movers arrived around the same time. Her movers were standing around and texting and even had the nerve to ask me for a cell phone charger! My movers were so much more quick and efficient and quiet in comparison! Once they arrived to my new place, I was worried that my couch wouldn't fit up the stairs, but they didn't even break a sweat. The movers quickly figured out how to maneuver the couch and got it up and unwrapped no questions asked. I have to say, they are very well priced and all the movers I've ever dealt with in my past moves with this company have been amazing. I am planning to move again in a couple months, and will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used Premier Relocations LLC. They are on time, efficient, conscious of managing time, friendly, listen, care and more. Moving sucks, but these folks don't. I can't recommend them enough.

Mr. *** * *** was booked with us and we cant handle his move because of restriction that he got in his

We have been notify by the other moving company that his furniture was all damage and he got broken tv he
also despute the credit card that he make payment for the deposit and the actual move !

Ms. *** *** got estimate on minimum shipment to Las Vegas Nevada it was based on beds and boxes the price was $
255, 255);">On the day of the move when the foremen got to housed she got more then triple of the items that was in the original quote we open new revised estimate
and give her the new price she agreed for the new price and then we load the shipment there wasn't any hidden charges we also move 3 vehicles for this laday
as curtsy she was upset because when we got the shipment to Nevada she didnt have a place so she had to rent unit in public storage we never receive any
phone calls regards the price if the customer have any claim she more then welcome to contact our claim department .

I am rejecting this response because: the issue is still not resolved and should not take additional days I am dismayed and surprised that it would take until Feb to process the claimThere have been many delays to this point as far as getting a response and getting in touch with the company and the Post office took a while to deliver the certified mailIt was attempted on a Saturday when Premiere was closed and althoughI requested re-delivery, it wasn't done until I called yesterday to check As a consumer, I feel like my trust was compromised in the first place since I was told that Run moving of Rockville would handle the move, then found out that the person I had been delaling with (Isaac) "sold" my move job to Premiere.Regards,

I am writing in response to complaint #*** which I was told is now closedI did not see the initial response but I would still like to respond to the following claim made by Premier RelocationsThey wrote the following:

I did not cancel any services with this companyThey were scheduled to come to my home between and 12pmWhen they did not come, I first called them right before They then informed me that the driver had a flat and would be there at 3pmThe driver did not come at three; I called them and they informed me that the driver was not comingI have the phone records to show the repeated calls I made to this company on the moving dayI also can supply witnesses that were aware of my being left stranded by this company. As I found out later through research, broker moving companies typically do this: They give you a relatively low price, ask for a deposit and then when they can't secure a driver for that price; they don't show up.
What is fraudulent here is that they did on the day of the move, tell me that they would refund meNow they have spun the story to accuse me of cancellingThis is not truethat I cancelledNot only did they take my almost $deposit without providing services, because they did not show up I had to extend my lease until I could find replacement movers.They will not seek legal action against me because I did nothing illegalThis company is fraudulent and it is my hope that no one else loses money.
I ask that you reconsider closing my complaint and please protect future consumers from this scamSincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: You are actually making this up as you go alongThere was never a dispute as to the contents that were to be movedYou sent a representative to my house to take and inventorythe inventory was listed on the contractI told the men when we did the walk through upon there arrival to take only what was on the inventory and anything else would be discussed if there was room and/or timeIn fact, there was a piano listed on the inventory that I made other arrangements for so that wasn't even included in the actual moveYour statement that the inventory "doubled" is beyond ridiculousI would be more then happy for someone from the state to come take pictures of exactly what furniture is in my home
Your company policy may state that you do not disconnect appliances but that was not discussed with meThe washing machine was listed on the inventory so it should have been included that the disconnect was not part of itJust because it is your "company policy" not to disconnect appliances doesn't mean it didn't happen which it in fact did
The only statement of yours that is correct is that the packing materials were not included and I knew there would be a charge of some sort for thatHowever, your charge for packing material was almost $for the first truck loadYou should rethink how you do proposalsYour man was rude and threatening and you should keep better control over your employees as he almost ended up with police involvementThe job wasn't complete days earlierIt was completed over that weekend by myself and my familyYour men came back to move one piece solely because you wanted to get paid. You sent men to move something that needed men and one of your guys injured himselfI wonder if the Department of Labor would be interested in these practices.
The only poor communication was internally at your companyAsk your estimator about the $/ hour I was to be given off because of a football wager we made and I wonI don't believe it to be poor communication as much as I believe it to be an attempt at a shake down. You know the position people are in when moving and you take advantage of itYou should be ashamed of how your company is run and how your employees behavedI need my driveway to be repaired due to the damage from the oil leak in your truck, reimbursement for the plumbing costs and time and energy spent to complete the move which your company was paid forThis issue is not resolved

AMAZING MOVERS ....NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!! – I moved over The Weekend and was dreading the process..I held off for months well maybe years because I heard what a dreadful process moving in NYC was for people...I finally found the most amazing place and had no clue about any moving companies in NYC. On top of that, I found my place and was moving in literally a couple of days. So, I hit the Internet and put my trust in Premier Relocations . David was the one who sold me and the movers Dan, Ben, and Mike were all three the most professional, upstanding, and nice guys ever! The move was seamless. I'm an [redacted] accountant and needless to say I am always micromanaging everything. I didn't even have to keep an eye on these guys. They wrapped everything, provided boxes, and moved all of my huge furniture and belongings up a 3rd floor walk up, without a peep. The owners said it was the quietest move they had ever seen in the building! To top it all off, I had left about half of my apartment unpacked for the valuable items, as I wanted myself and well my mom to help move these belongings, because I didn't trust any movers. Once I met them and they offered to pack it up, it saved me hours upon hours of work. They even packed up what I didn't have packed....I must admit that I have already planned to use them in my next move in NYC... I mean what can you say, you always have to be thinking of the next move here in the Big Apple!! Please use them and call David to book your appointment. Oh did I mention, David called while they were moving me to make sure that everything was going according to plan!!! All these other move by the hours might appear nice at first, but in the end you will spend more than Premier Relocations. I had a small apartment of furniture and it took 5 or 6 hours just moving a couple of miles away!!! Thank you David, Dan, Ben, & Mike. My family are still talking about you weeks later after the move!!!

Ms. [redacted] got full refund by check we do have acopy of the check we send her she also did a charge back with her
 
credit card company so it ended that we pay twice for this job cancellation .

I can't recommend them enough.

Stay away. I would not use this company again if the services were free of charge. The movers themselves were nice and professional but the office side of the business was a nightmare to work with. Two different trucks broke down with my belongings, belongings were delivered damaged, and I was forced to take the movers to the bank at pickup to take out cash - even though the contract said you can pay via credit card at pick up. They delivered my belongings to my dad while I was out of town, after getting home I found the damages. I immediately emailed photos to Julia and have yet to get a response; this was roughly two weeks ago. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay away.

I've used Premier Relocations twice now within a three year period. Moving is stressful. And annoying. And not fun. Premier Relocations does a great job in eliminating all of those. The crew was timely, professional and good humored throughout. Highly recommended.
