The associate told me that l didn't have to fill up the saw, As to the fact that I had the saw for overnight and not a hour period I was and the fact the chain saw was indeed defective On that merit alone I should have gotten a partial refund in of up yours I'm sorryI have been a loyal customer for over two years and if that means nothing to this owner than he can take his business and shove it as far as I am concernedI will also advertise him
As a loyal customer I gave his business a $boost which he will see me again because he puts his lousy before the word of customer, So I don't need that kind of business Thank you *** ***

As the owner I did receive a call from Mr. [redacted] about the saw. At no time did I or our sales associate say we did not believe him and his statement about the chain coming of the saw. We heard nothing about his dissatisfaction until he returned the saw approximately 10 hours after renting...

it. When the saw was checked in it was out of gas and bar oil both of which were full at time of rental. When he called me and stated his issues I waited till he was done talking asked if there was anything more he wanted to say he said no. I asked if our associate showed him how to tighten the chain and he said he had owned chain saws for years and knew how to operate them. I apologized for any inconvenience he had. He never mentioned to myself or our sales associate that he felt he wanted a refund.

as I stated in my last response her had not mentioned any refund from me but if he says he told one our agents that he wanted a refund and did not get a satisfactory response I am sorry about that. I am not sure if he used a credit card but I will find out and we will refund his money in the form he used to pay for it.
