This is a response to ID ***.We had an agreement to autorun payments for customerEach week the account would be run for the paymentAs customer stated the account was days past dueWe had attempted to run the card the previous weeks and it had declined each of those weeksThe payment
being disputed was the one time it did approve and payment was posted to customer's accountWhen the customer called about the payment being made we gave her the option to come in and pay in cash and we would refund the card or the customer could return our property and we would then refund the card(Rent to Own customer is not obligated to keep the property; can return at anytime.) The customer said she would not do either option that she would go to the Revdex.com.While trying to be in contact with the customer regarding her account not being paid, we had called the customer many timesShe had given us several commitments of being in to pay, due to no payments made on weeks the card declined on 6/16/17, 6/21/17, and 6/29/She never came in to make a paymentWe also visited the customer's home trying to discuss the account on occasions-6/23, 6/30, 7/1, 7/3, and 7/5/Each time leaving we left a door hanger asking the customer to call usShe finally called us after her card went through for her payment and she refused the options we gave in order to refund the payment made by the bank card.If you have any other questions or need clarification on anything I have stated please feel free to give me a call at ###-###-####Thank you for your time and efforts in handling this complaint.Desired Settlement: Return of our property and we will refund the payment to the card

Dowagiac store calls me every month the morning my payment is do store opens at 9am they call me at 9:04 am ever month I am about to stop paying and have them take me to court on this so it stops they not call me till next day after my payment is later

Torrington Ct premeire is a off. They are rude obnoxious and yes they steal your money than fanaggle your account so they cover their as. They had our banking info and decided it was okay to take money out of our bank without our permission. It screwed up our banking account. I have the banking info to prove it. They delivered furniture to our newly renovated house and they destroyed a wall with putting holes in it. When notified about the damage they did nothing. Their workers and this is sick, while driving by their can, one of the workers mooned us with my 9 year old grand daughter in the car. We have rented numerous items from them for the past five years. My husband rented a tv from them and hmmm we have paid them over 4,000 dollars on that account. When I personally went down there to request a printout of my husband's account so I can bring it to our lawyer, all three men said they couldn't print it out. I have talked to the owner numerous times about this he still refused to print it out and told me to prove I paid that much. Really? One of his men came to my house at 7:45 At night my 16 year old grandson answered the door and he threatened my grandson that he will call the Cops? Hmmm, what to do about that? I have called the corporate office 3 times to which a lady answered and was rude as well. When I asked to speak with her superior she said there was none. She gave me the excuse she was on a cell phone and could not hear me? A cell phone for a corporate office? That's strange. Needless to say nothing got resolved. And about stealing money? They told us they had a program which you pay 3 dollars a week in case we got layed off it helps cover the cost. He told us that program no longer existed but just the other day when I went down to pay, on the receipt they are still charging you that money plus it went up a dollar. When I told the man if he ever came to my house and spoke with my grandchildren I would personally throw him off my property. He laughed in my face! Do not rent from this place as they are crooks. This company is not legit if they can't produce a simple print out of what their customers owe. And another thing they do is if they see you in public and in my case in another store, they approach you and ask about a payment. This company harassed people and think they have that right. My lawyers will subpoena our records and after calling the corporate office and still nothing is resolved.I will give this review on every website I can find to protect those who hard earned money is being stolen my this company!

This company in the mishawaka location are horrible people, they're very unprofessional to say the least ..... unless the owner whom I've never had the pleasure speaking with allows his team to be so negligent who would want to spend money with these people ? Bad business

Review: I have asked the company to please do not contact me at work as I am not allowed to have phone calls at work unless it is an emergency. I explained to this to them at the time of signing the rental agreement. They have called my work so much that I have received disciplinary action d/t this. I have spoke to the owner numerous times and this last time asked him personally do not call me at work as I had just received a disciplinary action. Since Monday of this week (7/18/16) They have called at least 4-5 times per day. They will call from the main number, then proceed to call from their cell phones numbers and then all from a blocked number asking for me (the operator knows it's the company from the sound of the voices).Desired Settlement: No further contacting me at work. As I can not afford to loose my job d/t them continuing to call me at work after being asked numerous times.

Review: Paid for washer & dryer rental for 1 month - waited 2 months - (Nothing!)

Offered me store credit - No Refund.

I have a receipt - Never got paperwork - Have witnesses.Desired Settlement: My $100 back - in cash.

Review: I went into Premier Rental Furniture on June, 26th 2015 to purchase a queen bedroom set. I spoke with the sales person and told her I was looking for a queen bedroom set that was $1,000 or less. She made a few phone calls then told me that I could pick out any bedroom set on the floor for $1,000. I picked out the [redacted] bedroom set. She asked if I wanted a mattress and box spring with it. I told her yes, but I specifically stated that I did not want anything used. She told me everything would be brand new and that it would be $500 for mattress and box spring and $500 for the furniture(headboard, footboard, rails, night stand, dresser and mirror). She then told me we needed to wait for the store owner and manager to get back to the store. The sales person then told me that the manager would take over with my purchase.

I asked the manager what mattress and box spring I could purchase. He told me it would be a brand new queen pillow top [redacted]. I asked could I see it, and he showed me a used mattress in the back of the store and told me it would be one like it but it would be brand new with a plastic covering. Before I handed him my debt card I asked, "So everything is brand new right?" He said yes, and that it was a very good deal! So I went ahead and bought the bedroom set. He did not say that the sale would be final or no refunds. When I got my receipt I asked why did it state "ALL CASH SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS" He then told me, "That's how it is at every furniture store."

They delivered my furniture to my apartment about two hours later. I noticed that the furniture was not brand new due to the scratches on the dresser and crumbs in the night stand. Before they carried the mattress in he asked me "Did the sales person tell you that that mattress would be used or new?" I said replied "No" and I told him that I was confused about it because I paid for a brand new mattress. The mattress was not satisfactory and was not what I ordered. The mattress was used, very dirty, wet, and smelled like it had been in a home with a heavy smoker. I asked why was the mattress wet, he told me that he sprayed disinfectant on it. He then stated I that I should go buy a mattress cover from K-mart. The mattress was not a [redacted] pillow top as my receipt states. It was a [redacted]. I called the store and demanded refund and I told them that I was not sleeping on that mattress. They told me all sales were final and that they would come back and spray more disinfectant and proceeded to tell me I should buy a mattress cover from K-mart.

An hour later I went back to look at the furniture in my room. I noticed it had a bug on it. On Saturday June 27th, 2015 I called the store back and demanded a refund and for them to come and get the bed because I seen a bug on it. The store manager told me I needed to call back Monday and talk to the store owner. The next day I seen two other bugs on the bed. On Monday I called the store back to speak with the store owner and told him about the situation and I told him I could send him pictures of the bed. He gave me a phone number to send the pictures via text message. I again demanded a refund and for them to come get the mattress. He told me all sales were final. He told me he would call me back in 30 minutes. I sent him a picture of the bug on the bed as soon as we hung up. I never received a call back from him.

After not hearing from him all week I to called the corporate office of Premier Rental Furniture. I spoke with customer service and told them about my complaint and was told they would talk to the vice president and call me back within 48 hours. I did not receive a call back. I called back three days later with no answer and I left a message for them to return my call. I never received a call back from them.Desired Settlement: I would really appreciate if Premier Rental Furniture gave full refund and immediate pick-up of all furniture purchased.

Customer came in to the store today. She was not satisfied with receiving a brand new mattress. She complained that the mattress was hard, but then said that she had not slept on it. She claimed that she ordered a [redacted] mattress even though we no longer sell [redacted] Mattresses. The receipt had [redacted] mattress on their as a product code because the mattress code was not changed by mistake. The customer was not satisfied with receiving money back for the mattress. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Also, you do not have to sleep on a mattress to tell if it is hard or not. That's the reason why I didn't sleep on it as well as it being dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke. This company basically tried to tell me I was making up stories about being sold a [redacted] mattress stating that I wasn't told certain things from the sales person. If I had ordered something else I would have let them know of the mix up the minute I got my receipt. It was not told to me that they didn't sell [redacted] mattresses anymore. I was told the day of the purchase that it was the sales person first day back at work. Maybe she was unaware they no longer sold [redacted] anymore. It's not the customers fault that the company didn't change the mattress code and sold something they no longer sell. Although I've lost a month of good nights rest by sleeping on my couch, I am happy with my refund. This company doesn't deserve a penny of my money. I will shop elsewhere and actually get what I pay for I'm never stepping foot inside that business again.
