I am a repeat customer. I had *** out a few months ago to replace the ice machine in my refrigerator, and when my washer quit draining a few days ago, I knew just who to call. I reached out to *** who made arrangements to come by the house within a day. I told him the symptoms, and he had me text him the picture of the model of my machine. Then he showed up with the part already ready based on our text exchanges, and he was in and out in under 90 minutes. I've recommended him to other friends as well. He is thorough, fair, kind and professional. He will always be my first call if/when my appliances start to fail.

As a new customer I received excellent service from Premier Resource Network. From my initial phone inquiry about a my refrigerator I was scheduled for same day diagnosis. The ordering of parts with subsequent repair were done as quickly as possible. David was professional, timely, and competent. He communicated the problem, the repair and the cost upfront - providing excellent customer service at all times. I highly recommend PRN Appliance for all home appliance concerns.

The service provider priced the service performed differently after completion than he did prior to agreeing to hire him
I contacted the service professional to inquire about his pricing policy for providing service. He said there would be a diagnostic service fee of $84.95. If I choose to hire him for the job. The diagnostic fee would be deducted from the total balance of the repair. Upon completion of the work. The service provider issued an invoice that had the diagnostic fee plus the repair fee which included labor and parts and didn't deduct the diagnostic visit fee from the total balance of the invoice. Because I was not home at the time he performed the service, he wrote the invoice out and passed it to my wife. She didn't know what we agreed to and gave him our credit card information.
