From the beginning of the process through the closing Matt N [redacted] could not have been more helpful Our calls were returned promptly and all questions were answered to our satisfaction Matt is very knowledgeable and very professional

This letter is written on behalf of Matt N***, President of Premier Reverse Mortgages We contacted Matt N*** after we exhausted several other sources of reverse mortgages We were turned down because we live on an acreage No one would work with us, even though we had an excellent financial record We contacted Matt via telephone and immediately he felt there would not be a problem He contacted his underwriters who also did not see an issue
Matt went to work for us diligently from the very beginning He addressed every issue as it came up and promptly was on top of it He kept us informed almost daily via email or telephone on the status of the issues No matter how many roadblocks we encountered, Matt never gave up He persisted until each situation was resolved He handled every encounter in an extremely friendly, professional manner He persevered until every detail was completed He is an extremely hard working person who believes if you are going to do something, do an excellent job of it He did not let any obstacles stand in the way of doing his job
We cannot praise Matt N*** enough Because of Matt, we have just presently signed our reverse mortgage We would not be the very happy owners of a reverse mortgage if it were not for Matt N*** Matt helped us where others turned us down If given the opportunity, we would send clients to Matt N*** in a heartbeat He is very professional, business minded, kind and friendly person He knows how to handle a business in a very top of the line manner We will always be extremely grateful to Matt, and after months of working with him, he is the kind of person we call a friend

I have never had a better experience ! When we got a first NO on my refi of a reverse mortgage Matt continued to fight for me We closed this week and its because he refused to give up I am located in California and the whole process was done through emails I have already recommended Matt to a friend and will continue to recommend his company

He guided us through all of the preliminary paperwork and the Application for a Reverse Mortgage. We successfully closed on our Reverse Mortgage on July 6th.
The process with PRM for a mortgage was one of the best we ever had.
