The customer was working with sales representative Allen E [redacted] for a Infiniti? Q50? LeaseAfter being notified that the lease is with Infiniti Finical Services/ Nissan Motor Credit customer was e mailed a credit application to the e mail provided [redacted] .? attached is the customer requesting us to run her credit for an approval, the credit application she submitted to us, and the bank comments for declineThe application was sent ONLY to one Infiniti dealership (pepe infiniti)? and credit was ran to try to get them approved, unfortunately customer was decline with the bank and is clearly upsetSignature Auto Group was only dong the job the customer requested to try to get the approval done and had no way "ruined" the customers credit as the customer is delinquent on most other obligations and has poor credit?

Customer contacted sales reprehensive Yan regarding the sale of his current car and the purchase of a new car in the beginning of Jan Customer [redacted] ? requested Signature Auto Group to pick up his car for sale at the price of $18,for his current trade in of a BMW The car was picked up at the customers house by a transporter for the purpose of a sale at [redacted] and acknowledged the sale of the car, at the time the customer advised that he will be bringing the title and signing the paperwork of the new car once decided what vehicle he wantsKnowing the current loan on the car is much higher than the $offered from Signature he agreed to come up with the difference of incorporate the difference into the new car lease (shown via text messages).? Customer than followed up by submitting a credit application for a new BMW lease sent to sales rep? YanAfter a? week of discussion and? [redacted] old? BMW already picked up and sold at auction and transported? to MD customer canceled the sale and declined to take a new lease or pay for the negative equity on the trade inCustomer was notified and agreed? to pay all fees with the cancelation of the? BMW sale from Manheim Auto? Auction (also shown via text message).? After scheduling further trucking from MD to PA and from PA to NY to get the customers vehicle back he was notified of an invoice for all fees and? servicesCar is currently awaiting pickup at a secure storage lot at $35/day fee and can be taken by [redacted] ? upon satisfaction of the? invoice and will be released once full payment is made.? ? ? ? Revdex.com: I've spoken to of the owners @ Signature Auto Group, Vlad S [redacted] , and ***They mentioned that it was a miscommunication while they were talking with the dealer AUDI OF MANHATTAN whom refused to take the car back even though they are willing to pay the extra costs of the car with the desired packagesBoth owners agreed to buy me out of the current lease in months from now, and they'll use my deposit os $2,toward any car of my choice when market analys warrants them buying the car which usually permissible after monthsI agree with the decision by them going the extra mile to make things right, which is good business etiquetteThey even went the extra mile by sending me a notarized letter stating the fact Sincerely, [redacted]
