I work for a local small business in Cabot as their building manager We have acquired an older building that has been in need of tlc since we purchased it Needless to say, I have dealt with NUMEROUS contractors for various tasks I was left to my own devices to contract for our roofing needs and chose to work with Keith and his team at Premier Roofing I was surprised to be SURPRISED for a change He conducts his business in what appears to be the most ethical way possible He was on time EVERY time, didn't waste my time, never talked down to me (as a woman) completed the job as promised and held basically within the estimate quoted We used his company twice The first time was for a patch repair, and then about months later, we used him for a complete re-roof Having dealt with many types of contractors it was refreshing to deal with someone of a high professional demeanor I will HIGHLY recommend this company to any friends and colleagues who may be in the market for roofing needs

I had a total roof replacement on my double-wide mobile home They also replaced part of my ceiling in one room inside Keith designed and replaced my fascia board All were extremely professional They cleaned up after themselves and got about 98% of the nails which was phenomenal! If you have a central air-conditioner outside, they have a special cover for it so things do not get inside the unit and it is still usable while they are working I highly recommend Keith and his crew! Thank you Keith and crew!

Premier Roofing is wonderful!!!! We had a nasty leaks around our fireplace and in a couple other spots on our roof A previous roofer we had worked with before treated us as if the job was too small could not be bothered to give us a quote, even after coming to look at the job Fortunately we found Premier Roofing who treated us with kindness and respectThey were a pleasure to work with and followed through on everything they said they would do The contract was straight forward (no hidden cost), they showed up on time, and they finished the work per the contracted agreement The best part was they cleaned up behind themselves and did not leave any nails or debris in the yard I will definitely use Premier Roofing for future needs not only with my main residence but other properties as well

I recently hired Premier Roofing to roof our home as a last part of our complete renovation of a 2,square foot home The estimate was very reasonable and I initially was somewhat skeptical of the price for such a large roof When I received the written estimate I was impressed with how comprehensive it was and how detailed the description of the work and products to be used was laid out When I decided to proceed completed the contract through an e-sign process which was another indicator of the professionalism of this business The work that was accomplished matched the professionalism of the contracts It was outstanding The owner of the business called and visited during installation to ensure that I was satisfied with the work I was so impressed I hired Premier Roofing to paint out house This work was also outstanding and very professional I would highly recommend this company to anyone
