We have numerous magnets on our machines to remove any metal that may be in the rubber, however there was some in [redacted]'s material. My employee Jonathan went to [redacted]'s house that Wednesday afternoon . When my employee came to work the next day ( Thursday ) he informed me [redacted] doesn't have anywhere near the amount of material needed for a playground surface. It must be at least 4"s think of material. On Thursday I personally had a conversation with [redacted] informing her she needed more material to me CPSC guidelines for a playground surface. At that time I also offered to deliver and install the additional material for free charge, plus the cost of the material itself. In order to determine how much material was needed I needed a measurement of the whole area. She said she will get that when her husband comes home. I told her we have a very busy day on Friday to please call me by 8:30 AM as we set the schedule for where the guys are going for the day. I never heard from her until 11:00AM. At that time the guys were already on other job sites and could not break away. When we told [redacted] that we would not be able to get there until Monday, [redacted] went crazy saying to my employee " You better send someone over here right away" There was nothing I was able to do for her that Friday. Our office is in [redacted] and [redacted] lives in [redacted]. When [redacted] first called this office I had someone at her house that day, when I spoke to her the following day I asked her to give me measurements and we would be there the following day by I needed to her from her first thing in the morning, she didn't. As for her statement " I contacted the owner and he did nothing" is simply not true, as she said I sent someone over to her house. When I was told of her response of "you better send someone over here right away", I told my office I'll take care of it Monday as I was on a job site myself. On Monday morning [redacted]'s husband came to my office demanding we bring them material right away. When I told him what was said Friday and how I needed to her from her first thing in the morning it didn't seem to matter, I informed him "we don't do business that way " I did offer to take back any material she still had at [redacted] packaged, which we did. [redacted] wanted to be refunded the cost of the material that was already spread and in perfect condition. When I told her I cannot do that as the material was fine, she got angry again and said I did not hear the last of this and hung up the phone.
