I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
None of the companies have contacted me or sent me correspondence stating the credit card charge would not be pursued anymore.  The company NEVER gave a price offer, I made an offer but they never stated.  The company refused to send the correct model. as for the other houston complaint to the company, the average consumer doesn't know or think to contact the Revdex.com. I do not believe your rating should be a+, if you followup with the company about the number of complaints they have had and settled without informing the Revdex.com.

By now you should have heard from [redacted].  I told her what you had said and she was very persistent about me not disputing.    She told me she did not have any models in the warehouse that fit the description on your website, specifically the in/out control corner unit.  I have notified the credit card company of my dispute.   I'm wondering why no one contacted you?  Why this [redacted] called me directly?

MR. [redacted]'s Sauna was picked up on Friday the 11th of April and he said everything with the pick up went well. Mr. [redacted] received a 100 % refund. The other cus[redacted]er that you are referring to was very well taken care of, to the point that they purchased another Sauna for there son. Tony the owner of [redacted] and [redacted] the owner of [redacted] will also be commenting to the Revdex.com under this case number on my behalf that everything that has been stated by me is the truth. I did offer to send you a different unit even though it cost $400 to $500 dollars more you had said if I don't hear from you by the following Wednesday that you would not be excepting that option. The Revdex.com has been around for many many years EVERYBODY knows of them...I've been in business for almost eight years with nearly a thousand Saunas sold with that said I have taken very good care of my cus[redacted]ers to have EARNED a A+ Revdex.com rating not given but Earned.

We acknowledge that Mr. [redacted] purchased a sauna at the Woodlands in Texas at the [redacted].  We also acknowledge that there was an error in the model which was shipped.  I have discussed many options with Mr. [redacted] in regards to shipping him the correct unit also...

offered a discounted price on the unit he received, offered to refund Mr. [redacted] the cost of having the replacement boxes made in order for any trucking company to pick it up.  That is the freight company policy, not ours. We were not able to come to an agreement on any of the above and Mr. [redacted] chose to have the unit picked up.  We then arranged with [redacted] company to pick this unit up and make the correct cartons. The unit was picked up at about 5:00 pm Texas time on Friday, April 11th.  We are now working with [redacted] and [redacted] to have Mr. [redacted]'s funds returned.  This money transaction was not run thru Nuwave Concepts Inc. merchant account it was run thru [redacted].  We value our Revdex.com rating of a A+ that we have achieved through doing business for the past seven plus years with out one single complaint and outstanding cus[redacted]er service. By no means was this was an attempted scam on our part nor was it our intention to deceive Mr. [redacted] in any way. After working with Summerset and [redacted] for the return of Mr. [redacted]'s funds we consider this matter closed.
