Thank you for your assistance this morning.
In regards to Ms. [redacted] complaints please see the attached invoices for 2 separate service calls during a 2 week period.
Ms. [redacted], has phoned us several times very hostile that she was billed 2...

times for services she felt should have been taken care of in one service call.
If you look at invoice XXXXX Dated 03/22/16 and look at the service date of 03/01/16. Our technician [redacted] went out and replaced the speaker in the keypad for Ms. [redacted]. Her system an Apex is over 20 years old, and there are no parts available for this system. We don't gouge our customers we help them. So she didn't have to replace the whole system or even a whole new keypad. We charged a service call and for the part for the keypad.
If you look at invoice XXXXX dated 03/16/16 for service on 03/11/2016. You will note that 10 days later her panel battery was coming in as a low battery. She contacted us via telephone requesting service for the low battery. Again our tech went out and changed the panel battery in her system and we sent an invoice.
Both invoices are justified service calls. Replacing a speaker in the keypad has no bearing on the back up battery in the main brain of the system.
After several calls in a week from Ms, [redacted], who was very hostile with us. I informed her If she chose to not pay the invoices that was up to her. I also informed her she was free to choose any company to service her alarm panel. I also told her that if she chose not to pay the invoices we did have the right to turn them over to collections.
Ms. [redacted] never fully let us explain why the two invoices she would just yell that we were ripping her off and we should have known the battery was bad. We do not monitor Ms. [redacted], she is monitored by Thunderbird Security, (the community she lives in. She is charged an annual fee by them for their services which in no way are related to the services we provide.
In regards to giving my last name yes I bluntly refused to do so. I informed Ms. [redacted], I was the only [redacted] in the office and we didn't give our last names to anyone.
