Review: Billing issue goes back to June of 2011. Have tried phoning and writing Premier Landscape, to no avail. Was off work and at home and had other mowing service mow lawn at this time. Was sent to collection agency on 5/13/2014 by Premier Landscape for unpaid bill plus interest. Disputed this collection in writing, and contacted the collection agency by phone to find out the particulars of the collection. As of June 24, 2014 no response has been received by Premier Landscape to refute my dispute. How can someone out of the blue and after this many years send me to collection without a court judgement or proof of services rendered? Plus, when disputed, just be allowed to ignore the entire thing, after causing undue cost and hardship on unsuspecting people.Desired Settlement: Let the general public know that Premier Landscape Services has been unscrupulous in its dealings with at least this one person, and when faced with having to answer, elected to try scare tactics, that didn't work.
