Prior to receiving and responding to the Revdex.com complaint, I personally attempted to reach out to the client but have not received a reply yetAs we pride ourselves in having great results and customer service, we deeply regret that our client is unhappy and wish to come to a amicable resolution After researching the clients file, we found that there were positive results achieved in the form of collection accounts being deletedWe work with an attorneys office that has helped achieve the deletions of the following collections: [redacted] , and [redacted] With more persistence we may be able to achieve additional results which is what we advised to the clientTypically, the credit repair process takes 4-months on averageWhile some clients get results sooner, and others that take more persistenceThis is why we recommended that the client give it more timeIn regards to billing, the client was billed a total of $This constituted of a $first work fee in setting up the account and consulting the client, with monthly payments of $which were paid after each month service was renderedOur billing manager has spoke to the client, and has offered complementary months of service in good faith to allow additional resultsUnfortunately the client did not accept this at the timeFurthermore the client stated that they were unhappy with their score being lower than expectedWhile researching the clients file, I see that they supplied online credit reports from different websitesEach website has a different scoring algorithm which is part of the reason for the different in scoresAlso the client also had a new collection that went on their credit report due to non payment of a billOur credit repair program is not a credit counseling or debt settlement programThis is well defined within our agreement and is explained consistently by all sales representatives as well as customer service agents.In conclusion, after reviewing our money back guarantee, the client does not qualify at this time for a refundThe reasons the client does not qualify for a refund is because they received positive results as well as the client only made months of service paymentsThe client was unhappy with their score, but this is not our fault, nor part of our serviceThe client had an additional collection (negative item) go on their credit report after enrolling into the serviceIn order for the credit score to increase, positive payments are needed, while we remove the questionable negative itemsSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is trying to cover up there tracks by acting like they never done nothing wrong they treated me unfairly by closing my account out without giving me time to come up with the money I paid $dollars on my account in may 10th the guy I talked too told me whatever I can pay would be fine however a few days after that I got a letter saying my account is in collections all the money I paid to this company is gone my scores still in the 500s they done my father dirty he was with this company for over a year they just took thing off his credit and charging him $dollars every month for not doing nothing this company [redacted] is a fraud company they said money back guarantee on the site but they don't wanna give a refund if they would just give me my $dollars back on my debit card I will forget about going any further with this complaint the deal was $was my account balance but they close my account plus trying to charge me $dollars for fees on closing of the account i'm already out of money cause they failed to keep there promise Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I just received your response to my complaint from the Revdex.com, and its not totally correct and its not addressing the full issuei tried to cancel my membership months back after receiving multiple letters that companies were trying to settle with me, (figured at that point it was nothing more you could do) next statement -(Also the client also had a new collection that went on their credit report due to non payment of a bill) I started this debt collection in november and you and *** claim that this late payment was in november,seems strange that I never heard about this late payment until a few days agoand I never paid at all so how was it latethird issue was the referral fee that I never received, and last statement-(complementary months of service in good faith to allow additional resultsUnfortunately the client did not accept this at the time) never heard anybody mention that or something close to thatI did not receive any positve results from this program, after months of using this service my credit score dropped

As we pride ourselves in having great results and customer service, we deeply regret that our client is unhappy and wish to come to a amicable resolution....

After researching the clients file, we found that there were positive results achieved in the form of collection accounts being deleted. We work with an attorneys office that has helped achieve the deletions of the following collections: [redacted], and [redacted]. With more persistence we may be able to achieve additional results which is what we advised to the client. Typically, the credit repair process takes 4-6 months on average. While some clients get results sooner, and others that take more persistence. This is why we recommended that the client give it more time... In regards to billing, the client was billed a total of $479.70. This constituted of a $79.95 first work fee in setting up the account and consulting the client, with 5 monthly payments of $79.95 which were paid after each month service was rendered. Our billing manager has spoke to the client, and has offered 3 complementary months of service in good faith to allow additional results. Unfortunately the client did not accept this at the time. Furthermore the client stated that they were unhappy with their score being lower than expected. While researching the clients file, I see that they supplied online credit reports from different websites. Each website has a different scoring algorithm which is part of the reason for the different in scores. Also the client also had a new collection that went on their credit report due to non payment of a bill. Our credit repair program is not a credit counseling or debt settlement program. This is well defined within our agreement and is explained consistently by all sales representatives as well as customer service agents.In conclusion, after reviewing our money back guarantee, the client does not qualify at this time for a refund. The reasons the client does not qualify for a refund is because they received positive results as well as the client only made 5 months of service payments. The client was unhappy with their score, but this is not our fault, nor part of our service. The client had an additional collection (negative item) go on their credit report after enrolling into the service. Attached is the communication from the "account manager" Cheri.When I asked about the expiration of the month, she went ahead and cancelled the account. Additionally, I requested a copy of what was being sent on my behalf from them, and was refused.I also recieved a letter from [redacted] telling me that they are NOT honoring the disputes from them as they are fraudulent.
All I want is the $99 I paid for nothing returned.

We give our clients full access to a online client portal to keep track of their progress. In order to protect our strategies and intellectual property we do not offer our letters to anyone. Also, we have a 6 month money back guarantee which is described on our website. If the client does not get positive results after 6 months of consecutive service we offer a review to determine any refunds necessary. This client also did not indicate they were unsatisfied to customer service. We can review the original credit report and an updated report if the customer provides one to see if they had positive results. Additionally we explain to all of our clients that if they get stall letters from the bureaus that we recommend to send them to us so we may see how to respond accordingly and help get the client positive results.
