Sunroom was installed properly , our sunroom roof is not leaking, we have responded when he has called for service, when his roofer installed the roof on the section above our sunroom ,they failed to step flash it to the log siding on his house, we have been working on it to help them with
this problem even though it is coming from above where our roof attaches, just because there is a warranty from the manufacture it does exclude work such as someone else having a roof installed with out the proper flashing provided, in the effort to help this customer we will continue to help them find a solution to this issue and guide them further as to a resolution psof course his roofing guy will try and blame someone else its called passing the buck

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
the problem is not with my roof as there is no leaks in my house. it is the sun room that is leaking. not my roof.the flashing is up where it should be. if it wasn't I would have leaks in my house. if you need verification I have a witness to verify what I am saying.  Regards,  [redacted]

Contacted customer and left message for them to call, website was down due to GoDaddy switching servers to new servers , we are working with them to resolve their issues (guess they decided for security breaches on their part to change servers and hosting around) Customers materials were ordered as...

promised and will be shipping on our next truck from manufacture, despite customer not sending in the deposit required on prior to order as required on contract.  Attached notice from godaddy sent as attachment  , customer may contact me at [redacted] anytime ,   Would like to state we ordered materials for this customer despite not receiving the required deposit in good faith and her ,estimated installation date is two weeks from now.
