MEDICAL PROVIDER=Mount Carmel St Ann's I had a major surgery right as my employer changed insurance plans in early Due to the timing of this change, MEDICAL PROVIDER submitted my claims to my insurance under an incorrect group number My insurance rejected the claims, claims that would have been covered under the correct group number MEDICAL PROVIDER then sent the bill to me Thinking my insurance had rejected a proper claim, I, in error, paid the bill to MEDICAL PROVIDER My insurance should have covered it and still will if the claim is submitted properly by the MEDICAL PROVIDER

Do not go hereI have been a patient and I have been a visitorI have been disgusted by their lack of competency and compassionWhen I was a patient, crying and upset and in pain, I had a nurse tell me I needed to shut my mouth because I was bothering other patientsWhen I was a guest I had to ask five different nurses to give my boyfriend any kind of pain medicationThey agreed to do so and put an order in and bring it out to the waiting roomFive times and no nurse ever showed upOur rn LOST HIS DISCHARGE PAPERSAnd totally messed up his doctors note to the point he gets to go back on crutches tomorrow and correctWe waited three hours for a doctor to come tell us about the results from his mri and X-rayAnd it was because he "sits on the other side of the hospitalThen we hear a nurse in the hallway talking about how he was at lunch and that "stupid patents don't understand that people need to eat."We understand that but three hours? And then we waited two hours for someone to put a cast on and then another THREE HOURS waiting to be dischargedPlease! Go to [redacted] or [redacted] We pay so much money for healthcare and we at least deserve to be treated like human beings

I had to go to Mount Carmel West where I had part of my lung removed, I warned them that if they put me on certain pain meds and sedating me I may wake dazed and confused, I don't take meds very well especially after being sedated, I am one of the easiest people you'll ever me but I woke tried to remove my I V and did remove my catheter oh did I get a chewing from the Nurses, can't remember much but I was told quote The Doctors and the Hospital don't run the show there and they run that floor and my [redacted] was not welcome there no more, needless to say they were right, the doctor showed up within minutes I was gone out the door in minutes or so, mind you the doctor had to remove the drain tube out of my side that went into my lung for drainage and I had to eat before I left try that in minutes, I made a complaint to the hospital several times on those two nurses but never heard anything back, they sent me a e mail but she said she was really busy and would contact me but I figured it was tucked away someplace, I live two hours away from there, oh they never gave me a cause of removal of the lung the biopsy wasn't done just a mast growing rapidly and they removed it

I was suppose to be having a kidney stone blasted on 4/and I was called the day before in the afternoon and was told to be at mount Carmel east by 1:Later that evening I was called and told to be there at 8:When I asked why all I was told is that sometimes their scheduled gets switched around and they have no idea whyI would never recommend this health system to anyoneI was very inconvenienced by this and so was my husbandWe both took off work for thisI work in a hospital and we would never do this to a patientI don't feel like the mount Carmel system cares about their patients at all
