Charged once for a trial offer of a testosterone booster then charged again two weeks later for the same bottles I received for the trial.
Originally purchased two types of testosterone booster at a trial price of $4.95 and $4.98. Two weeks later, I was charged $89.95 and $89.98 respectively for the same bottles I already had in my possession from the original trial because I didn't fill out a survey mentioned in the original purchase details fine print. The total cost of this was $189.86 for 2 bottles. I was charged twice for it in a span of two weeks. I never opened them and want to return them. I don't trust putting anything in my body from a company that has such shady business practices. When you buy a product, you are charged once, at the time of purchase. I have never once purchased a product as a subscription when you only receive the product once. That makes no sense. All I want to do is return the unopened bottles (I am willing to pay shipping charges) and receive a refund for the total paid.

Desired Outcome

All I am looking for is a refund of the price of the bottles ($189.86) once they receive the returned product.

Thank you for your notification in regards to ***. We value our customers and believe firmly in providing them excellent customer support.

We have searched our database and were unable to find an account for *** with the information he has provided. Additionally, the terms she disclosed are quite different from our own.

As is stated on our website, we offer a 14 days trial of our product Paltrox T/Paltrox RX. The customer need only pay $3.86 for shipping and handling for a full month's supply that they may evaluate within a 14 days. If we do not receive notification from the customer within this # day period that they wish to cancel, they will be billed at a price of $99.93 and enrolled in our monthly auto shipment program.

There are many other companies who sell Paltrox T/Paltrox RX. Additionally, we have no record of contact with *** with the phone number or email she provided.

Please advise Mr. we will be issuing the refund check in a timely manner.

I got the free trial and ever since then I've been getting charged and sent more supplements that I didn't order and can't find a number.
I used my debit card to make the transaction and thought it was a one time deal. Then I get more sent to me and charged without my permission. Please help me resolve this issue.

I called customer service phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX and receive call back by rep. at 10:24pm, October 13,2018. I told her I was being charged about 200 a month for two months so far and would like a refund on the last month and I would like to cancel this product now. She said I had enough time on my trial date to cancel so she could not offer refund instead offered me a reduction in price for future orders(could not make out exactly what she said. I told her I asked to cancel so why are you offering me other deals. she offered me again something and I said do you not want to cancel? Finally, she canceled but didn't give me a refund so I can return product. There was no emails to alert me of shipments.

I am asking for refund for only last shipment on october 9th of 94.90 and and 94.96 for both supplements.

I called and cancelled this item on July 6, 2018 and was charged on July 9, August 6 and September 6.

I paid $28 for a sample of this product and was billed nearly $200 for a refill I didn't expect to be sent. This organization is dishonest
I paid using a credit card in September and I believed that would be the only purchase I was responsible for but was charged $189.80 for a refill

The company doesn't make it clear you're ordering a sunsscand grossly overcharges for refills. It's a scam designed to prey on consumers Promotional purchase as $28 - refill cost nearly $200

Ordered product and sent request for refund via email. called in and spoke to rep, they refused to give refund, offered 35% refund.
purchased late August, received the package 9/5 from my PO Box, emailed and called prior to using 14 days and asked for cancel and refund. They refused, told me they could only give 35% refund and the operator called me a liar under his breath while saying he would transfer me to a supervisor.....on hold as I type! listening to music, customer service reps are rude.

After I submitted the complaint, the manager did refund my money so you can mark this case is closed

They put you on an auto ship but it didn't say that anywhere. They charge you $89 per bottle and it doesn't say that is the cost.
They lure you in in a free trial. I read all the fine print I could find. Never stated it was an auto ship or what the price would be in future. All I found was if you like the product instructions would be in box how to order. Charge hit my account today no shipping notification yet, but they state it cannot be canceled or refunded it's too late. Only for the future. $180 down the drain it doesn't work. They state takes 6 weeks to start working...but trial is only 2 weeks. So trial is a ruse to get you to shell out $180. They advertise shark tank invested in product I think they would be ashamed in how they handle the public.

I want my money back and for them to stop selling this way. Disclose in plain writing it's an auto ship with price of product.

I am trying to get a full refund on the product, but was denied refund.
I ordered a product from this company on 7/9/18, once I had received the product I no longer wanted it, so I called and canceled my order on 7/15/18. On 7/25/18 a checked my bank account to find 2 pending amounts one for $89.95 and one for $89.98. I called the company in question to ask what this was for. I was informed it was for the two products I had ordered for $4.95 (for shipping only). I was then informed that my previous call to cancel the product within they're time frame so I wouldn't be charged the full price was never done. So the customer service rep told me they would not take the product back nor would I receive any refund, do to the fact I did not call to cancel within the allotted time, which I had clearly done. I had asked the representative several times to please transfer me to their supervisor, which the representative told no.
At this point I called my bank to file a dispute, and to cancel my credit card so I would not get any further charges on my credit card. Yesterday I received a letter from my bank stating they spoke with the business that I did not call within the trial period, and that I was offered a 75% refund which I had refused. This is incorrect, I was never offered any percent of a refund. And I had called to cancel within the allotted time frame, which was not done on the companies side. I am currently unemployed looking for work, so the full amount of $179.93 is for food and rent.
I spoke with Kiara today from Premier Boost and was told that because I filed a dispute with my bank, they can no longer refund. I told her I have the product unopened and would like to return it for a full refund. She told me they would just send the product back to me. When I tried to speak further about how to get my refund, she laughed at me and told me that is was my problem and that I should have read the fine print, and that I was just out of the money.

This is the 8th month receiving this product. I was placed on hold for 25 minutes (3xs) to request that the product shipments and deductions from my account stop. I have had 8 deductions from my account. I call every month to cancel to no avail; I requested the product shipments stop and no more deductions from my account.

In my attempt to opt-out of further purchases, I discovered no phone related to this business. Websites with EssencePH have no information available to cancel further product delivery. I continued to receive products on 6/24/18 and 7/23/18. I was billed $187.89 on 5/25/18 and $176.90 on 6/25/18. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.

I did not authorize these charges and believe that this company is using free product advertising to charge customers. Would like money refunded

I didn't order or receive any product until this package showed up today.
I was charged twice for a product, I didn't receive on my Discover card. I put in a complaint to Discover. Now today I got a package from this Miami address which I did not know. When I googled it, I got the Revdex.com and a previous complaint from 6/5 in you description. I DID NOT OPEN THISwhat is your recomendation? I don't want to now receive packages from them since I complained to Discover in a dispute. What should I do with the package and how do I handle this problem. This appears to be a scam against senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

I am waiting for Discover to recover the charges under a dispute. But I want no further charges from this company or any packages.

Before commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, Ms. ordered our 14 days trial on 4/24 and paid S&H of $4.95. Once our 14 days trial ends, our monthly subscriptions / Auto Ship program took effect.
As of 8/6, auto ship program cancelled and account closed, no more future shipment.
Charge backs were filed on 8/3 and 8/28, please see charge back details as below:

I never received any of the items, nor did I make the ordera scam told to us by Homewood. I paid the account to keep our Discover activeglad NO MORE charges have appeared. Otherwise we will close the account which we held for decades.

company continue to take money from my account after I had already cancel. Now my credit is at a negative balance due to their actions.
I purchase products of Premier T Boost and Premier NO (Nitrate Oxide).But they continue to take money out of my credit card account. I called them to cancel with them. After the cancellation they still continue to take money from my credit card account.I called them again.I told them,that I donot want no more product from them,but they still continue to take money from my credit card.they charge me $189.00 from my card.I had already told them previously that I want to cancel. they now have my credit card information.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund of my money for a unauthorized purchase. I am willing to return their products of Premier T Boost and Premier NO(Nitrate Oxide).I did not place a second order.I only placed one order.I just want my money back on my card.I will return their product.It has not been open.

Signed up for a trial run. Was not made aware that after so many days the trial issue would run out and they would start charging $94.00 a month unless it was cancelled. Wife has done research on this company and it has been made aware they are scam artist.
